Skøn morgenmadsbuffet, særdeles imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale, god restaurant, trafikstøj fra vejen og flot kanal parallelt med vejen. Poolen var lukket for gæster, men åben for myggene😉.

I would definetely not recommend this hotel. The room was super dirty and outdated.

Location is very good but rooms are very small also there is one coffee machine in the breakfast are therefore very crowded and not enough. Must be add one more machine.

Ett riktigt fint hotell med väldigt trevlig personal.

Rent och fräscht, bra frukost, fri parkering. Det ligger en pool oanvänd algbeväxt pool bredvid hotellet som jag inte vet om den är deras eller tillhör något annat hus. Men om det är så att det är hotelllets så skulle det vara ett plus om de rengör poolen och gör den användbar.

The room was clean and well maintained but very small for a family of three heads. Breakfast was not good. It was too simple and boring. We had three breakfasts and all three even weekend’s brunch were exactly the same. We also had the same cakes and cookies! The coffee machine was not big enough for the numbers of guests and we had to stay in a long lane to get a coffee. That’s why the machine should be cleaned in the middle of the job, which extended the time of waiting time for a coffee.

Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente, colazione ottima , letto comodo uniche due pecche : mancanza del bollitore in camera e camera tripla di dimensioni in po' piccole.

La camera era sufficientemente spaziosa e molto pulita. Il personale era molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile. La prima sera non funzionava il telecomando della TV e me lo hanno prontamente sostituito. La colazione era ottima e molto varia con molti prodotti gluten-free a disposizione.

Zimmer war super. Leider am Abend zu weiter Weg zum flanieren. Schade, dass Pool leer war.

Pulita ed accogliente

Vi kom til Viareggio i august for å bade og slappe av. Bassenget var stengt uten at vi hadde fått informasjon om dette, og balkong / uteplass hadde heller ingen møbler. Renhold var av variert grad, laken hadde flekker og dusjhode såg skittent ut. Renhold var også utelatt en dag. Sengen var veldig hard, og putene hadde dårlig komfort. Vi ble veldig skuffet over total inntrykket av hotellet og synes det er rartbat dette er et 4 stjerner hotell.

Ser bra ut på bilderna men inga möbler på balkongen, poolen avstängd (brunt vatten), sämre städning. Läget ok. Juli 2024
