房內傢俱很舊，只返新了廁所，整體感覺一般，千多元一晚好像不值，車庫很 污糟，但地點是方便的！

出入口沒坡道，嬰兒車上下樓梯困難，老闆不愛打招呼，地下室有停車位很方便，海灘超近，超市也近，交通便利

首先，酒店位置方便，離沙灘跟車站很近。走5分鐘就有很多餐廳，適合一家大小。 房間蠻大的，設施齊全，但燈光很暗，地毯有一點點髒，床單上有一些些小昆蟲(天氣的問題吧)。

老闆胡先生夫妻很熱心，地點好，離海邊超市都很近，洗衣機烘衣機廚房等設備很齊全，非常溫馨舒適。會推薦朋友。

老闆同太太係上海人，好熱心，我地有咩吾識問佢地都有問必答，吾太識英文的人可以考慮呢間。另外房間好大，好舒服，廚房設施任用，下次去一定會揀番呢間

酒店位置很好，距离海滩30米。周边酒吧餐馆便利店很多，非常便捷。2居室的公寓设备齐全，卧室舒适整洁。前台接待是中国同胞，上海的夫妻二人，态度非常好，很细心的帮助我们调试电话卡，服务态度没得说。非常推荐中国同胞选择这个酒店。

Although the owner was LOVELY. And extremely accommodating and helpful. The first room we stayed in was riddled with cockroaches (4th floor) We told the owner and he was more then happy to move us to a new room which was fine and we only seen 1 cockroach the whole week. It was clear the owner has known about the roach problem for a while but continued to rent the room out…. The room was lovely, sheets were clean, View was beautiful. No complaints there. Room did not come with a dust pan and broom, nor a broom. Had to buy ourselves. Overall it was a good experience. Just be mindful of roaches there.

Property was clean and property manager was helpful.

Noisy on the weekend however that can’t be controlled. Hot water is on a timer and runs out quickly

We feel comfy and safe

The apartments are close to the beach, tram stop and in walking distance from the heart of Surfers Paradise. The 2 bedroom self-contained apartment was large and comfortable for our family of 7. Waking up to the ocean view was amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Over priced. Building run down. Bathroom slippery like a ice rink. Car park tiny

The property was very expensive for what it was. Refurbishment of the room was nice and clean, but the car park was filthy with excess rubbish, furniture and appliances all littering the basement.

The apparent was dirty bathroom wasnt clean the rug was dirty we didnt get the room we wonted oh and the bunks were unstable so no one could sleep on the top of bunk

Apartments and foyers had been recently refurbished, the outside structure was untidy and needed work. Management very helpful. Complex was close to all the things we needed to access

property was very neat and clean, its jus 2 mins walk to beach and many restaurants, nice beach view from balcony..

Great location

Everything OK. Clearly renovated recently, and all modern and new. Design a bit dated, would have expected an en-suite in two bed apartment these days.
