Ottimo soggiorno! Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. La camera era nuova e molto pulita, curata nei dettagli; forse un po’ piccola, ma comunque funzionale e confortevole. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca accoglienza e professionalità.

Uma boa localização, perto de pontos de ônibus e a 15 minutos da estação de trem. Ficamos próximos a área do café da manhã/recepção e o barulho não incomodou.

Buona soluzione vicina al centro della città.

Bem localizado, próximo a estação de metro. Quarto para três pessoas na medida, mas bom suporte com frigobar, chaleira eletrica, cafeteira, ferro de passar e pequeno varal, que foi muito útil pois no local havia maquina de lavar roupas. Ambiente agradável e limpo. Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar.

Muy bien recibidos por el personal del Hotel. Agradecemos el parking a disposición de los clinetes en el mismo hotel (con suplemento eso sí). Desayuno muy bueno. Y por su puesto aceptaron a nuestro Perro. Cómodo para visitar el centro a uos 20min caminando.

First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again.

Le personnel est le plus aimable qui soit. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et le propriétaire nous a fait d'excellentes suggestions de visites. L'hôtel est bien situé, à distance de marche des palais Rolli et de la promenade près de la mer.

Séjour agréable excepté le bruit d'une porte qui claque jusqu'à nous réveiller ! Heureusement que j'avais des bouchons d'oreille. Lit très confortable. Chambre relativement petite mais très propre. Le fait d'avoir un parking, même petit, est un très bon point dans le quartier.

Clean, modern and well laid out room. Everything that was needed. Breakfast a bonus. A bit further from the station than the listing suggests.

Great place for a couple of days, location close enough to train station and some restaurants, little noise from outside but not too bad. Staff 5 stars.

El Hotel nos servió en forma estratégica con la finalidad de poder conocer muchos sitios de interes a partir de ese punto.

Fint hotell og rommet vårt så ut til å være ganske nyoppusset. Litt minus for å være like ved resepsjonen hvor det var lett å høre folk.

Erittäin siisti. Ilmastointi sammuu itsestään tietyn ajan kuluttua joka ei ollut hyvä juttu. Hissiin ei voi mennä kerralla kuin Max 3 kun oli niin pieni.
