It is the worst hotel I had stay since I traveled. Super super super super rude service staff, bad hotel management system. We was paid by credit card when we check in, and they asked money again when we checked out because of system said we didn’t paid. Service asked receipt very fierce and made we feels really uncomfortable (the important thing is they didn’t gave us receipt at first, Fortunately, we have reserved credit card orders.）really really bad experience in my life. Not recommended this place to stay, don’t come! 真的是我旅行至今住過態度最差的飯店，我們check out 的時候服務人員要我們再重新付錢，只因為他們系統說我們還沒付款。服務人員非常兇的要求我們出示收據證明我們昨天入住時有付錢，重點是他們昨天check in 的時候根本沒有給我們收據，好險我們有保留信用卡的刷卡簽單。住了上千家旅館第一次遇到如此荒唐的狀況

Nice, small hotel

Our room was clean and the comfortable with suffient room to store our suitcases so they were not in our way. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good with a decent variety of cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, yogurt etc. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the old town and market, with points of interest within walking distance. There is a public underground parking conveniently located half a block away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only quirky part is that the hotel lobby is not on the street level so you have to one level to get to the hotel and the lobby with the stairs and elevator looked like an appartment building lobby.

10 minute walk to the Catedral, down 500 year old cobblestone streets, so location is very good. Breakfast had something to everyone…….. My room was spacious and clean.

Si buscas un hotel cerca del centro, puede ser buena opción, pero no tienen estacionamiento aunque ellos dicen que sí.

O hotel tem boa localização, o chuveiro é razoável, os travesseiros não são muito bons. A limpeza do quarto é sofrível. A cama foi arrumada só por cima, o lençol de baixo ficou da forma como levantei. A recepção é atenciosa e prestativa.

Clean room, comfy bed. No frills hotel in a good location for shopping, Camino, laundromat.

We booked this hotel because parking were available on hotels.com That was not the case, so we had to move luggage to and from a public parking basement close by. So this was an unpleasant sutprise. But other than that it was a good hotel.
