Newly renovated rooms with a kitchenette in them was wonderful.

The first room they gave me was dirty, so when i complained to the front desk they gave me another room because "that room wasn't ready yet". This second room was still dirty, not terrible but the towels and tub had someone's hair in/on it. I complained about this the next morning and they promised they would make sure the room was clean when I got back that evening. They changed the towels and seemed to brush the hair from the tub but no evidence they actually cleaned it. Checked out that evening since I couldn't trust that they clean properly. Staff was polite, apologetic, and somewhat helpful. Not totally their fault since its the bar staff that have to run the front desk in the evenings. I was given a refund for the remaining nights. As a young women traveling alone I did not feel comfortable staying there.

There should be a bunch of negative on these reviews so people know what they are getting themselves into. First of all there is no elevator in a three story hotel, so be ready to carry all your stuff up the flights of stairs. When we arrived the front desk was closed as we looked for help we finally found the staff at the bar. The place was just being renovated so one floor was in shambles and my friend stayed on that floor. My for was not in construction but i felt like i was the only person on that floor it was a erie feeling. The room was alright but no plugs avaliable close to your bed good thing i had an extension cable. Breakfast is not real breakfast coffee , a fruit, and a little packaged muffin. If you are packing through the west and you are carrying expensive or valuable things i wouldn't advice you to stay here because at night time the parking lot turns into crackhead central and a couple of drug dealers just lingering around. Ive been to sketchy places in my life but this one pits the cherry on top of sketchy. If you are a solo traveler who doesn't care and wants to have afew beers at arm reach without driving this is your place

Clean newly renovated

Sehr netter Raum der ordentlich und sauber war. Nur das Frühstück besteht aus Äpfeln und Muffins, da hätte ich mir unter kontinentalem Frühstück was anderes vorgestellt. Sonst aber zu empfehlen.

Heater in room kept turning on and waking me up. Very small room for what you pay. No elevator. Someone tried to get into my room while I was sleeping. Woke me up.

Great food very reasonable pricing. Good priced room. Got what i paid for.

Room was ok, but the food downstairs was the surprise for me. Everything i ate there over 2 days was good. The nachos and wings were good, had a loaded burger and it was good. Beer selection was a huge disappointment, not a single IPA or specialty beer.

Not worth

Had to have my key reprogrammed everyday except 1, rooms not as nice and pictures on site and most time have to look for someone for help at front desk.

Worst experience ever..! Will never visit the hotel nor recommend to anyone. They said we have breakfast but there was nothing for breakfast. Online booking it shows the hotel has breakfast but nothing. We have spend money on breakfast. Not reliable hotel. Also the website expedia is not reliable not useful. We trusted it and booked the hotel but not worth it.

Staff

Have to step over the homless to get into the lobby. The homless wait for you to use your key card so they can scurry up into the hallways. They are allowed to sit in the lobby bent in half. Also no breakfast.like advertized. Key cards rarly work. Do not stay here
