The maids were so nice and helpful always. They did a good job too! The rest of the staff was good too.

Wow! This hotel is beautiful architecture and is very spacious with a magnificent pool and garden giving you a sense of tranquility in the middle of a very busy city. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The price was at the lower end of anything you can get in Punta del Este. Highly recommended.

Es un lindo hotel y muy bien ubicado. Mi única crítica, ayer por la tarde en la tranquilidad de la piscina, un señor llega con un reproductor musical y se pone música a muy alto volumen. Me quejo en recepción y me dicen que está permitido. Toda la gente que estaba tranquilamente en la piscina se fue porque el barullo era muy molesto. Una situación increíble que se permita esto

Excellent service from staff location close to shopping centre clean room only small disappointment basic breakfast for an upmarket hotel the coffee is in a big urn which keeps coffee hot but make it very bitter although there is a proper coffee machine grounds are vwhich is not

Very nice overall, conveniently located, close to a main mall and walking distance to playa mansa and other interesting places. Hotel is beautiful and very clean. Bathroom needs some updates. Bed were comfortable. Staff always kind and helpful.

Melhor hotel da vida! Realmente merece 5 estrelas. Apenas uma única recomendação: fazer revisão no chuveiro pois a temperatura da água oscilava. Fica em uma região super tranquila e perto de um shopping com um supermercado maravilhoso e preços excelentes. Almocei/jantei uns quatro dias nesse supermercado, nunca vi tanta variedade. Não tenho do que reclamar. As vezes vejo muitos comentários negativos mas não corresponde a realidade, seja nesse hotel ou em outros.

La limpieza y tranquilidad del hotel es lo mejor! Las habitaciones super cómodas y el personal un 10. La ubicación también es excelente. El único problemas que tuvimos es que dos días tuvimos que dejar el auto afuera porque el estacionamiento estaba lleno. Lo recomiendo 100%!
