The restaurant is really good....

Hotel con excelente ubicación frente al malecón y el centro de Chetumal, amplio estacionamiento, habitaciones amplias y con todas las comodidades y alberca techada

El hotel es bonito, está bien para un anoche si estás de paso y tiene caminando el malecón lo que en la noche permite ir a cenar ahí, no hay muchos comercios por ahí pero caminando llegas al museo maya y el antiguo mercado

Definitely the location, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and very welcoming.

The hotel was very clean staff was friendly the only thing I did like was that I had to pay for early check in so when I return from my Belize excursion I will book a nother hotel

Decepcionante…le falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel y las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas…y como siempre que reservo por hoteles nos mandan a la habitación más lejana no puedo opinar del desayuno porque no alcanzamos

No estuvo mal el hotel lo único feo fue la alberca que no la calientan entonces está helada ni pude meterme

No cuentan con tarjeta para solicitar la limpieza, es necesaria, y no había suministros para elaborar café en la hab, a pesar de tener cafetera, personal recepción atento, agradable, el desayuno suficiente aunque no variado, no utilice el estacionamiento pero se veía muy amplio

Rooms in poor conditions. Lack of proper upkeep. Disappointing because I used to stay here very often.

This used to be one of my favorite hotels but not anymore. On this last stay we had to change rooms twice. The third and final room was still unsatisfactory. First room had strong smell of disinfectant, second room toilet did not work, third room ac did not work.

Breakfast was not worth eating, seemed like it was left overs from the day before. Eggs were like rubber, pancakes were the same. shade in room was broken letting in light from outside in during nighttime which did not allow you to get a full night sleep. A/C was old and barely worked. Hotel may be next to ocean but all stores and any businesses are closed or boarded up near hotel. had to travel just to get something to eat. Not a friendly area for tourists or business travel. We ended up leaving halfway though our trip.
