Localização maravilhosa. Ótima opção em Machu Picchu. Quartos limpos, básicos, mas confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos. Ficaria novamente!

La atención del personal es excelente, el lugar está limpio, es súper agradable que incluye desayuno y cena y la calle es linda; sin embargo, la comida es muy mala, me cayó muy mal la cena la primera noche y deje de consumir en el lugar. Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo.

La atención en el desayuno no fue buena. Sin embargo el Hotel espectacular, la atención del personal extraordinaria principalmente Moisés, el hizo la diferencia con nuestra estadía!!!!

Hotel location is very convenient, 3 min walk to Machu Picchu bus station, 5 min walk to railway station, staff is very nice, dinner food is good, room is clean, however the step down into the shower may have trip concern. Wifi doesn’t work very well at room. Overall we enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

O hotel é bonito e instalações novas. Quarto amplo e confortável. Janta inclusa conta com opções vegetarianas e a comida é boa. Café da manhã com muitas opções

The spa was amazing! I did the water circuit and a 90 minute massage, highly recommend. The property was beautiful and the time were spacious and lovely. Great bathroom and closet. Loved this resort.

The heating wasn’t good; I was freezing and had to ask for a portable heater because I couldn’t sleep. When I arrived, they made me pay a tax that had not been explained to me. After I had already paid everything, they deceived me. The food was bad and cold.

We booked this hotel last minute for our Machu Picchu tour. It was conveniently located near the train and bus stations. It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included so we didn’t have to think about it. The things to consider are the noise level and the service. It’s a very busy hotel and the walls are very thin. You will hear everything outside your room at all time of the night because of the early hikers leaving their rooms. The staff tries their best but there is a lot to tend to so there isn’t a lot of attention to detail. Overall, it was okay for the price.

New hotel, modern and minimalist style decoration

The hotel was good for one night to visit Machu Picchu. It is never a 4 star hotel. The reception and the rooms are very tired, the food is not great. My room was very small, the beds creaked, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was not great. However, the location is very convenient and the staff are very helpful.

Hotel is very nicely decorated and right in the middle of town so everything is very easy to walk to

Truly smooth and perfect experience! clean, quiet updated eco friendly rooms. It has an artistic style with all the natural elements in design. Elegant approach overall they thought about every detail for us from welcoming us carrying our bags to the hotel. Then offering free amazing dinner with good service. You can always find water at every corner and even apples. Hotel is 2mins max walking distance from the train and right by machu pichu bus station. Hotel is at the middle of everything. Just an amazing location and buffet was clean good looking and good. Thank you!!

Le souper inclus était vraiment pratique, par contre attention, on vous facturera pour l'eau sans véritablement vous le dire avant. Endroit vraiment bien situé et propre. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre le soir, c'était très humide mais ça passe.

This place is gorgeous serenity in the midst of what can be a wild town. My 5th floor room with floor to ceiling windows and views of the Andes was everything I’d hoped for! Feel like an ecolodge, right over the river from the train station and walking distance to everything.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, a estrutura de bar e restaurante é muito boa, optamos pela estadia com jantar incluido e a comida é ótima.

Bathroom is smell horrible, there is issue with plumbing possible. Smell like old public restroom..

Genial son súper buenos anfitriones

Two things: pick up at train station as promised was late, so I had already given up and turned my phone data on (costs $) to find my way to the hotel when suddenly he showed up. If there’s one thing to do at the outset, is ge the pickup right. Not the best foot forward. Also, the spa seemed confused a flustered when I walked in without a reservation just to have a sauna and hot bath on my own as a Day Pass. The spa seemed empty, and no English spoken, which is a little surprising since the package pamphlet was bilingual. Anyway, I tried to communicate but gave up as not worth the confusion. The dinner the second night was a bit of a challenge as the restaurant was full and after 20 minutes had to ask for someone to take my order. The food itself was excellent.
