Grosses Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, gute Matratze. Behindertengerechtes grosses Bad und Toilette (sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da von uns nicht benötigt). Leider nicht sauber (z.B. Fingerabdrücke an Badtüre und Türrahmen, die sich leicht entfernen ließen. Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum. Als wir zum Frühstücken kamen waren alle Tische belegt bzw. stand auf einigen Tischen noch bereits benutztes Geschirr, kein Servicemitarbeiter in Sicht. Einige Gäste mussten auf den Balkon ausweichen, obwohl es draußen ziemlich frisch war. Bewertung Insgesamt: Da nur eine Übernachtung ok, falls längerer Aufenthalt gewünscht wäre, nur nach Zimmerwechsel. Parkplatzmöglichkeit nur öffentlich auf Strasse oder Parkhaus.

Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt in Chalkida zum Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum, direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wenn man kein modernes Luxushotel erwartet. Gute Matratzen.

Nice location, friendly service, good breakfast. Rooms needs updating.

The property had wonderful views over the water and to other side. Hotel showing signs of aging. Cracked sink, mildew in bathroom. Great promenade to walk along. Restaurants along promenade were woeful. Basic food unappealing and all same same. Found a great restaurant up a side street from water. Staff at reception really helpful.

Bit of a soulless place but it was winter

A hotel that is due for renovation, especially the bathroøms. Super location. The staff could have been more friendly. Normally you are meet with people standing behind the counter and not sitting appearing uninviting

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. The room is showing signs of needing updating. Some paint was starting to peel and carpets are showing wear.

Like the location. Close to everything. Walking to restaurants and shops on a pedestrian walkway on the water right behind the hotel. Staff was great . Only suggestion to improve would be more remotes for parking. Had to wait quite some time for another guest to return with the remote so we could get our vehicle and go on with our day.

Unsatisfactory. Outdated. Carpets all over. Unsanitary. Service quality inconsistant. Rare smiles used.

I stayed 4 nights and was happy

Hotel was in a good location but was very loud in the evening till around 3.00 am but this is not the hotel’s problem unless they are willing to get soundproofed windows hotel was comfortable , staff at reception were helpful . We had planned to eat in the restaurant but had been put off by cafe staff earlier in the day who we found to be rude and ignorant.

The location of the hotel is excellent. In the heart of the city, close to all the attractions in Chalkida. However, the lack of a ramp at the main entrance has frustrated me. You have to carry lift luggage and climb the stairs to reach the front desk. Although the spotlight indicates that the hotel has a car park, read the details carefully. The hotel itself does not have a car park. You should park your car in one of the private parking lots around the hotel. There is no standard between the rooms. My colleague and I booked two rooms, and we stayed on the same floor, facing the same front. However, the other room's bathroom was in much better condition. I cannot say there was any problem with the cleanliness, but since the furniture and other decoration items are quite old, you cannot totally get that clean feeling. I hope they renovate the rooms soon. Breakfast is quite satisfactory for a 3 stars hotel.
