First, I want to say that the staff were polite and helpful, but that is where the good review ends, I have photos. Second, I want to let you know that NOWHERE did the website say anything about the hotel being in a stage of renovation, and it was. IF IT HAD, I would not have made a reservation, especially for the price. The carpeting in the hallways, as well as the wallpaper was being replaced, the carpet vent coverers were not in place leaving holes in the floor way. Out of the period of my stay, June 9th through June 18th, 9 days, four of those days, the water pressure in the room was insufficient to take a shower, for days, the toilet tank flapper was inoperative due to the chain being broken and at no time did they replace the chain except with paperclips which keep breaking. I had to place my hand in the tank 14 times to make the toilet flush and yes, I told the desk and the came once to repair but did not return after being told again. 4 days, my room was not cleaned, fresh towels, bedding changed and bed made. The room had metal cups, which are good, but they were not changed and I was watching. There were no washer and dryer units for washing clothes. The breakfast was basic but adequate and the room was small but opened on time each day. I should have known when I arrived when I saw the entire desk area covered from ceiling to desk level with 1.5 inch (approximately) with Bullet resistant, "thick" glass. I was completely disappointed. Police were there repeatedly.

Parking was easy, and the air conditioning kept the room cool. When I first entered the room, it appeared clean and well-maintained. Since it was late at night, I went straight to bed. However, the next morning, when I opened the refrigerator, I found leftovers that had apparently been left behind by a previous guest.

This hotel is a complete fraud it should be considered a motel and not a hotel. The pictures are completely deceiving. I should have known better when we couldn’t t find them on Instagram or tik tok or any social media platform for that matter. However we went against our better judgement gave them a chance because we really wanted the room with the jacuzzi. First thing my bedroom door did not lock the frame of door was bent so we physically had to lift door to align with lock when we wanted it to close and lock. The jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting the nets were filled with mold and mildew and the best part there was hair stuck in the filters of jacuzzi that was clear as day. So I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel sorry motel and Expedia should be absolutely ashamed for even advertising them.

The room was not cleaned the cupboard filled with empty bottles. The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned and the knobs are loose.

Everything was ok but the heater was on when we walked in and it was hot. 😬

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. I specifically chose and paid extra for this room because it included a jacuzzi tub, which was one of the main reasons I booked it. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it due to the unacceptable level of cleanliness. The tub contained hair, grime, and visible dirt, making it unsanitary and completely unusable. The cleanliness issues did not stop there. The refrigerator was filthy and appeared not to have been cleaned prior to my arrival. The towels provided in the room were stained, which further reinforced my concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards. When guests pay a premium for upgraded amenities, they should reasonably expect those amenities to be clean and ready for use. Instead, I was left feeling that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. This experience fell far below basic hospitality expectations, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on the condition of the room I received. Management should take immediate steps to improve housekeeping and quality control.

We had a non smoking room however our room had a smoke smell which the hotel took care of. There was not much for the continental breakfast and everyday we had to go to the front desk and ask for the food to be replenished. One day the police were at the hotel and we had no idea why. Overall I would give it 4 stars.

Hotel en rénovation pas super propre mal isolé. Obligé de changer de chambre parce les tapis était mouillé et ça sentait la moisissure. Petit-déjeuner vraiment cheap.

Had a great time.

Free breakfast, but no eggs. Everything is clean, amenities are available, rooms are convenient. Restaurants are close by like 10 to 15min, Mc Donald is at a walking distance. The best is still coming because they were renovating a portion of the hotel. Food service will be a great option to add.

Place was clean and the room was nice. I thought I had upgraded the room when I reserved but they said I didn’t. They then put me in a 75 degree room with no A/C. I complained and they said just give it time, but it never got below 75. The next day they switched me to the room that I had originally reserved. Other than the A/C problem and the room misunderstanding, the place was nice and the staff were helpful.

Stayed one night for layover enroute to Europe. Stay was ok but not having a lift made it difficult for accessibility.
