一切都还好，只是房间太暗了，光线不足。

我最近入住了这家酒店，总体体验非常愉快。房间干净舒适，工作人员乐于助人，让我的住宿体验更加愉快。酒店位置便利，靠近我要去的地方。我很乐意再次入住这里，并强烈推荐给所有寻求舒适愉悦住宿体验的人。

不错的酒店，附近的景点，没有游泳池，但孩子们可以在酒店前面的体育场玩耍，非常靠近公交车站，还有各种餐馆。

房间很大。还行。只有厕所的地板有点脏，冲水的时候会有脏灰尘从地板的缝隙里冒出来。其他都还行。

豪华特大床房-08-01。从电视窗口可以看到山景。

Telephone wiring and table lamp wiring between the 2 beds not so tidy, should have hide the wiring. Toilet cleanliness, in terms of moulding wall and floor not so clean. The lamps of room and toilet area were quite very deem. Parking got plenty but quite very far from the entrance. Thank you.

However, the lighting was very dim and too dark for the room level walkway, toilet, and rooms.

Hotel bertempat di Bandar Baru Meru... 20 minit ke bandar Ipoh, tapi ada Mydin dan pekan kecil di sekitarnya. Bilik deluxe sangat luas, katil agak kecil. Staf friendly dan sangat cekap, kami diberi check-in awal 1 jam sebab sampai awal. Tq staf

I have booking several rooms for 3 days 2 nights starting from 19- 21 June 2023 (Room No 509 and 510). The issue was your staff (malay lady with the rudest expression & gesture) said that we only booked until today and saying that we purposely extend our room without informing the front desk. Shes keep blaming us for her own misunderstanding while we already asked her to check into the system. Do check your staff especially the one whom handling the front desk.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Depan hotel byk food truck and easy to get food.

The Rooms were Clean and Tidy.

The check-in process took longer than anything else. I booked for two rooms but only after 1.5 hours I received the card for the second room. The room preparation should be improved. The water are trapped in the bathroom indicates the drain system was not well maintained. Others the cleanliness was good.

Memang seronok sangat hotel ni. The best hotel in Ipoh. Pricy sikit kalau booking last minit, tapi seriously berbaloi.
