The from desk try the best to make my stay comfortable. That is very sweet. Make my 4 days business trip feel home.

The location is good. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to the old town, with several trams outside and nearby. I enjoyed strolling to the old town from the hotel. The room was not big but very clean. The hotel also got me a taxi to the airport which only charges me 110 kunas (cheaper than getting a random taxi on street).

The Hotel Garden in Zagreb was a wonderful experience. The beds were firm, but not unforgivingly hard as in most European hotels. The staff was the real jewell of the hotel. They were pleasant, kind and helpful in so many ways. The hotel is in a great location with ready access to the tram system, and easy to walk to most of the sites downtown. The breakfast was ample and had sufficient variety with nice pastries.

Super friendly

Room was hot but staff explained at checkin that the city controls the heat in the building and it was beyond their control. At least the windows opened. Rooms could use a refresh and a deep cleaning, but I assumed that might be the case and booked the room for one night only bc they have onsite parking and the location is walkable.

Great Breakfast and comfortable room

The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often.

客室は広く清潔 スタッフの対応もとても良かった レセプションでお願いするとお湯は貰えたが、部屋に電気ケトルがあると良かった またデスク周りに電源があると更に良いと思う

Otel temiz, personel nazik. Sadece park için biraz sıkıntılı . Boş yer yoktu.
