Otel oldukça temizdi, sabah ve akşam yemeği çeşidi ve lezzeti iyiydi. Personel güleryüzlüydü çoğu yabancı ve Türkçe bilmiyorlar. Neden 3 yıldız, odalarda su ve su ısıtıcı yoktu. En küçük otellerde bile var. Ayrıca içecekler ücretli 1 şişe su (1.5 tl) 150 tl yazdılar. Kahve 220 tl anlamsız ücretler. Hamam var ücretli giriş. Yani anlayacağınız fiyatı düşük tutup kalan tüm hizmetlere yüklenmişler. Yazık

Kuşadası merkeze yakın olması, ulaşımın kolay olması ve genel olarak herşey çok güzeldi.

Communication before the booking was very poor through messaging in the hotels.com app and over the phone. I called for five times and was left on hold between getting passed around between different staff that couldn’t speak English. My parents enjoyed their stay but felt they weren’t given an actual sea view room despite paying for it. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t rate this a dive star hotel experience.

Otel resmi olarak 5 yıldızlı olarak görünüyor ama şahsi deneyimine göre 4 yıldızlı bir tesis. Fiyatına göre de alınan hizmet gayet makul. Personelden herhangi bir talep olduğunda , ellerindeki imkan dahilinde yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Yemekler ne kötü ne iyi orta seviye.

Really lovely hotel but we went at a very quiet time of year (April) so there was not much to do and many of the bars, restaurants and other facilities were closed.

Hotel 5 stelle secondo i parametri Turchi ma paragonabile ad un 3/4 stelle Italiano. Personale di sala troppo invadente. Praticamente portavano via i piatti da sotto il naso anche se uno non aveva ancora finito di mangiare. Spiaggia praticamente inesistente. Non tornerò.

What a fabulous hotel… All Inclusive, plenty of food options with great variety, spacious, and very clean. They take very good care of the hotel and all the facilities offered. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. Easy to get around from the hotel, taxis are available outside the front of the hotel and can get you into Kusadasi in 10 minutes. Will definitely book again.

كل شي تمام والاكل متوفر 24 ساعه ومناسب للأطفال بس النت ضعيف و السرير غير مريح وكذلك الغطا خفيف جدآ انا اخذت غرف مطله على البحر وحمام السباحه وكان المنظر رائع من البلكونه

Yataklar sert, havlular yıpranmış ve yırtık. Spor salonu kapalıydı, sauna ve hamam ekstra ücretliydi.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe von Kusadasi. Der Blick vom Hotel aufs Meer war super, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Meer war sauber und das Essen sehr gut. Insgesamt war alles bestens für einen schönen Urlaub.

Preis leistung ist top, am meisten hat mir das essen gefallen, sehr abwechslungsreich und schmeckt auch super. Internetverbindung gibt es auch aber verbindung ist miserabel. Hotel ist 5 Sterne, aber es gibt viel bessere hotels kosten aber auch dementsprechend. Für Hamam, zimmersafe, etc. muss man extra bezahlen.

Alles insgesamt war 👍 Gerne würde ich wieder

Deluxe Zimmer eine reinste Katastrophe…. Abgenutzte Möbel und eine defekte Dusche. Haben uns 4 Tage lang beschwert, aber es hat niemanden interessiert. Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent!!!! Bedienung und Service im ganzen Hotel lustlos und langsam. Tische wurden erst mach einer Aufforderung sauber gemacht. Putzfrauen auch überhaupt nicht gründlich, weder auf dem Zimmer noch in der Hotelanlage. Tagsüber Animation sehr langweilig. Abendshows waren wirklich gut. Essen wenig Auswahl aber guter Geschmack. Getränke waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal hin.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Traveled as couple. Nice, romantic trip. Beautiful sea view, rooms were quiet, staff so attentive, great private beach. Buffet food was good set on nice terrace, but was loud because busy and lots of families with children. Offered at least 4-5 hot selections and plenty of cold mezze, salad, soups, breads and desserts. A la carte restaurants only for weekly stay guests. Various food options available almost 24hrs. Beautiful, clean, calm private beach. Beach chairs reserved early but plenty on upper level if you want shade. Great value for what they offered. Would stay again.
