The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located.

The staff was very helpful, even allow us to keep our suitcases in storage after the checkout for about 5 hours, so we enjoyed to go and do extra shopping around Mexico City… I will definitely come back again

The pictures were misleading. The sheets on the bed were worn. The shower was dirty. I didn't think to specifically look for A/C in the listing for my room thinking every room in Mexico should offer A/C right? No. The ceiling fan makes a tapping sound that will keep you up all night if you choose to use it. They also offered a free standing vertical fan, but there there no electrical outlets conveniently located to connect the fan. I had to place the fan on top of a chair to position it to connect to an electrical outlet.
