This hotel was booked for a stag group weekend in lloret for 18. I was disappointed initially with the check in because the price quoted on Expedia was not the price I was given at check in. The tourist tax was higher than what was quoted on Expedia. I also had to pay a €200 refundable deposit in cash at check in which I wasn’t told about and this made things difficult for me because majority of my group didn’t have cash so a lot of my spending money went on this deposit. The rooms were very basic and the triple rooms is a double room with an added bed they put in so the rooms felt very cramped, however they were clean, a nice sized balcony, good working shower and the rooms were cleaned with towels changed every day. The pool area was nice, however it looks a lot smaller in real life compared to the photos, however the staff were friendly and the cocktails were great. The hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk to where all the bars are so it’s quiet enough in the night. All in all, this is a no frills hotel with very basic amenities and underwhelming rooms, however the pool area is nice and the hotel is clean.

A notre arrivée à 14 h nous avons constaté qu'un pied de lit ne tenait pas, il était bancal donc risque de chute (chambre lits jumeaux), nous l'avons signalé immédiatement à la réception, la personne a pris note et a dit qu'elle s'en occupait. Personne n'est venu faire la réparation. On ne nous a même pas proposé de nous changer de chambre. Mon mari a dormi dans le 2ème lit et j'ai dû prendre le petit lit qui est plus petit et plus bas. A notre départ j'ai signalé mon mécontentement car la prestation ne correspondait pas a la réservation, la personne m'a simplement répondu : désolé. Ce n'est pas normal que PERSONNE ne soit venu pour le réparer ou nous changer de chambre d'où mon insatisfaction.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. People from all over the world. Half board at the buffet dining room was amazing. Breakfast and dinner for 7 days was only $104. Wine out of the tap $2 a glass. Front desk staff was so nice and helpful. Great location, walked to bus stop, less than one block, plus three beaches, shops, and market within 10 minute walk. Cant wait to return!

El aire acondicionado no lo pude activar igualmente la climatización fue correcta y el Spa correcto como habitualmente. Buena estancia aunque quise cambiar la cena para el dia siguiente y no me lo permitieron.

Everything was okay apart from noisey guests coming back from night clubs in the early hours 4am-6am

Les photos au moment de la réservation comptent bcp, ici pour cet hôtel le" grand angle" a encore frappé !!! Déception au niveau du lieu mais à côté de ça : vieillot mais très propre et du personnel souriant et Attention les clients ne respecte pas certaines règles d'hygiène à la piscine, on ne plonge pas surtout quand on est un grand et gros garçon,on ne se mouche pas dans l'eau également.

Personnel tres sympa et professionnel

Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Room spacious and air conditioned. Nice balcony, as balconies go. Security on the ball as noise went.
