All is good

Like it was really unique it had dishes and sofa kinda like really surprising

Not only did the room not have a tv in it, not a proper working air conditioner. Terrible

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice and warm. Location is nice lots of options around for food. Two restaurants at hotel was a nice option. AC was nice. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We would definitely go back. The only suggestion I would give is to have a shampoo conditioner lotion dispenser for ease instead of the tiny bottles. Not a complaint just been to many hotels w that and I find it works really well.

The room was clean with good space. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great throughout the hotel and rooms. Dennys was delicious.

Would highly recommend the Sandman Hotel in Oakville. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, I would not being returning to this place again because a young man ( until now I do not know if he was a guess in the hotel or not ) acted like he was going to assault us or rob us... while we were waiting for the elevator. we run downstairs and show the security guard who the man was.. I was in such a shock.. that we left the hotel immediately ( 10:30pm) and started looking for another hotel ( not fun at all) .. front desk personal was very understanding and refunded all the money back... this hotel was our second home whenever we came to Canada, we were a regular... we are going to missing it... but something is going on with this hotel because since they open for business , I never seen a security personnel working for the hotel, I assumed was an upgrade ... and that night... there was one!! And a question front desk on, how is that now you guys have security personnel in the hotel. just to find out the night the reason why... it took me long time to write this review because I was still recuperating from the trauma I experienced that night in this hotel, however I like to thank all the people that over the period of more them 15 years had made my stay, so pleased ... thank you for all the good memories that me and disabled daughters have in your place... Thank you. We are going to missing you.

Great experience staying at this location. The location was perfect for my needs, the property was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There were two sources for food on the property and many would find that helpful. Overall, an excellent value and certainly a place I would stay again.

The place was little odd, I mean all good but although they had everything, it was difficult to find, paper towels would had been appreciated in the kitchen, face paper towels in the bathroom were not easy to find, they were in the middle part of the cabinet. Soaps little too small. Other than that the room was amazing, comfortable bed, pretty room, it had it all, just not the easiest access from the user/guess standpoint.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. There was one small issue during my stay. I placed the housekeeping request sign on my door, but my room was not cleaned that day. However, I informed the front desk the following day, and they promptly arranged for the room to be cleaned. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel was comfortable, and there was plenty of parking available. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Oakville in the future.

Good location, very great and helpful staff!

Everything was good but didn’t love the extra charge for early check in as they described as an “upgrade”. It would be nice if they had breakfast included for the price they charge.

Room upgraded, excellent staff, wonderful attached restaurant where enjoyed an excellent dinner.
