We had a 2 night stay in Erasmus Hotel this sep, they provided us a spacious room with great view (you can see from my photo) . Got everything we needed in the room, and we had great buffet breakfast everyday. We are happy to book the stay here. Btw, I prefer Ghent more than Brugge, personally think that Ghent is more friendly and less commercial, so please come and see : )

What a wonderful stay near the heart of Ghent! Just enough blocks away to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to do all the touristy things like sightseeing, shopping, and tasting wonderful foods! Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was spot on each day! I highly recommend!

The hotel is not a modern hotel with all the amenities, but the room was very clean and the staff was very nice. The location was also topnotch, being so close to the city centre. Would recommend.

Suite dans le bâtiment du 16ème siecle, tout simplement magnifique. A 2 pas du chateau et des canaux. Calme et petit déjeuner au top. 1 hôte charmand et prévenant. Allez y sans hesitez

On se serait cru au temps des rois dans une très belle chambre d'époque médiévale. Un petit déjeuner très copieux. Parfait 👍

The hotel is close to center. Good direction far a restaurant. Breakfast beyond expectation. Fabulous. Bathing in a slippery bathtub could be improved.

A traditional older European hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was great. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Room had cable tv and internet service. Not the most modern hotel, but surprisingly quiet and relaxing.

Nice well placed Hotel in historic building. We stayed in room 3 which was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast room with usual continental options as well as eggs cooked how you want them (ie omelette, scrambled, boiled). Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again if in Ghent

Very nice & welcoming place in an Authentic style

It is like staying in a well appointed 17th century mansion. The fournitures are beautiful, particularly in the dining room. The breakfast is excellent with many choices and service at the table. The facility might be challenging for people with limites mobility because of the old fashioned stairs and bathtub.
