一切都还好，但我们入住的房间没有窗户，而我们预订的是带窗户的房间。我们入住时间很晚，儿子已经睡着了，所以来不及要求换房。退房时我要求退还差价，但前台说因为必须在入住前投诉，所以不能退款。请改进服务，以免我们感觉被骗。

Room has zero noise isolation, the person shouting and laughing at another room is like shutting and laughing at corridor. Too bad, during my stay time opposite room are idiots who still shout and laugh out loud even after 1pm.

Hygiene is not really good. Quite a lot of dust at visible place, toilet bowl is not really clean. Toilet is small. But location is good, near to mid valley.
