The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful, helped me find a charging cable and even lent me his. And fixed the internet right away. In a good location to get close to the market quickly. However as a first timer in Marrakech it takes some adjusting to the stimulation of senses to be in that area

Very nice place, cozy woth that authentic feel. Location was convenient for walking. The room was small but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We had breakfast there, which was not included in our booking. It was very tasty and it was lovely to sit on the rooftop to enjoy it.

Only stayed for a night but we arrived to such a warm welcome. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were spacious and clean and it’s in a great location. Breakfast was also lovely - would recommend.

The riad cancelled my reservation the night of the stay. They did nothing to help me find new accommodation. This ruined my evening as I missed a dinner with friends and wasn’t able to get into another hotel until very late.

My first trip to Morocco and I loved it! I was there on vacation and landed the next morning after the earthquake. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. The rooftop is fantastic.

This riad has just changed ownership, so they were in the process of renovating the property during my stay. The first room I was in was gorgeous and large, but immediately off the common courtyard/dining area and was loud and did not feel private. They were kind enough to allow me to move to a more secluded room upstairs which was small but perfect. The staff were extremely sweet and welcoming, helpful in making recommendations for activities, making meals, helping with transport, etc. This was my experience with a few different riads in Marrakech. The location is ideal because it is close to the action but in a quiet side alley, also near an ATM and food. For a mid-range riad it was perfect.

Hotel em uma casa antiga, como todos que ficam na Cidade Velha. Ótima localização e funcionários extremamente atenciosos e solícitos. Diferente de outros locais no Marrocos, não tentaram em nenhum momento empurrar um passeio ou restaurante específico, inclusive dando dicas de como evitar o assédio para vender coisas e pedir dinheiro que é tão comum em Marrakesh.

I was very happy with this place. Staff are amazing very welcoming and kind. Very polite people. Surely will come back any time I get back to Marrakesh.

The Riad Jonan is full of good quality Marrakesh character, everything in the room works, conveniently located and easy to find on arrival. small shops and good, clean restaurants nearby. Helpful staff and good on-arrival orientation. It is faultless.

Trevlig riad med trevlig personal. Inget extraordinärt då det finns många likande ställen i medinan mem vi var helt klart nöjda med vår vistelse. Bra frukost och trevlig takterrass. Läget är kanske inte det mest centrala och nästa gång kommer vi nog välja att bo lite mer ”norr” MEN skönt att det ligger i ett lite lugnare område!!

I'd highly recommend this Riad. Hassan was extremely helpful prior to our arrival. Upon arrival everything was ready for us as we had pre-booked excursions. We were given advice on accessing the souks and Jemaa el-Fna. Along with tips about getting around and what was near by. It made our stay very easy. The rooms are lovely, breakfast daily and the pre-booked excursions were exceptional. We chose to go to the Sahara, the hammam and on the city walking tour it was all very enjoyable. The trip to the Sahara was incredible although a bit exhausting as its quite a long distance across the mountains which were also beautiful. Overall we had an amazing trip and I attribute this in large part to our stay at Riad Jonan

Very pleasant staff an a very nice establishment. The room was comfortable and clean. Just sorry I wasn’t able to stay longer.

The Riad is stunning, and we were made so welcome. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and so efficient. Nothing too much trouble. The food was delicious. I really cannot praise highly enough!
