This hotels staff are super more than willing to go extra distance to make sure your stay is a memorable experience. Very well maintained property. This is our go to hotel in Nanaimo for several years.

Basically , it’s not that big, but it’s pretty quiet and clean. Everything inside looks pretty new and the staff are very nice.

Overall, I had a good stay and the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was convenient, the Wi-Fi worked well, and having on-site coin-operated laundry was a great bonus during travel. A special thank you to the gentleman working the night shift during my stay on April 26–27 - he provided excellent customer service and made check-in very welcoming and pleasant. My only concern during the stay was with one interaction at the front desk in the morning. The older woman with thick rimmed glasses working that shift repeatedly asked whether I was leaving yet while I was still within my checkout time and simply organizing items in my vehicle. I completely understand staff needing to coordinate housekeeping and room turnover, but the repeated questions made me feel somewhat rushed and uncomfortable toward the end of my stay. Aside from that interaction, the rest of the staff and overall experience were positive. That said, overall the stay was still enjoyable, and the hotel offered good amenities and a comfortable experience. I do feel the pricing was a little high for the area, but the cleanliness, breakfast, and amenities helped make up for it.

The pillows are too soft and the bed is too stiff but overall its good.

The property was in a good location. It’s an older property and in my opinion is way overpriced at $369 cdn per night

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was overpriced for sure. But it wasn’t a bad stay.

Stayed 4 nights they served sausages 3 times and I’m sure they served some left over from previous day

Clean room. Staff was excellent. Nice to have pancakes and variety of bread inc white and gluten free, bacon/sausages/ham etc.

Comfortable bed and clean room

They didn’t provide any water bottles and Breakfast was poor. And I didn’t like their shower water.

Great clean and new hotel, breakfast was good too, no pool but but a great hotel close to restaurants and the highway
