Very small room but clean. Facilities are old. Shower was leaked of water. Hotel just likes a 2 stars hotel in China which costs £20-30.

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant

Pleasant clean hotel renovated and maintained to a good standard. Helpful staff. Car park charges are extra (not sure why) and room felt small, tightly squeezed in as if trying to maximise qty of rooms over guest comfort.. But aside from feeling small... was well maintained, clean and provided a good nights sleep.

They put me into the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs in a room with no radiator BUT a fan from Argos approx 10 in tall was the only form of Heat =ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !

Another good stay. Hotel beats premier inn/travel lodge for value, comfort and style. Have been lucky to be upgraded to double room on both occasions we've stayed a couple of nights. Will probably return as we have family in the area and this seems to be consistently nice and handy. Lots of shopping and eating places within 10-15 minutes, good access from motorway.

Had booked a cosy room, very compact. Iron had a crack in I, so when I went to use it, the water leaked all over my clothes. Staff great, but room a bit tired underneath the surface; if you’re a light sleeper be aware you can hear anything & everything from the neighbouring rooms

The hotel is nice and clean. But the food in the restaurant is very average.

Lovely clean room, shower was great bed was so comfy and at breakfast they had gluten free options which was great

Kayleigh (I think) on Reception was most helpful and friendly.

Nice clean room, all as described on Expedia. The room was extremely hot when we first got in, due to the towel rail, but much better than arriving to find it too cold.

Nice reception and check in staff, but the pizza for dinner was very clearly an Iceland own brand frozen pizza and the room was extremely hot which didn’t change even after I requested it be sorted at reception after day 1. A very 1-2 star experience overall.

Pros - All good clean, efficient and a nice price. Cons- A good transit location for stop overs/ business but isolated for town's/amenities could also do with an EV charging point as you lost bar/food trade to The Swan pub next door that does have chargers. However cons not enough to stop us staying here again. 👍

Room was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. Very calm decor too. Staff were brilliant, and so welcoming. Our dog was also allowed and made most welcome with his own little snacks and bed provided for him. Highly recommended!

Wonderful, welcoming staff. Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Good food. Ideally located just a mile off the M5.

Room was great. As advertised. Check in a little slow, and they forgot to charge for parking. I went and asked later if i needed to and I did - hence I avoided a fine!
