Staffs at reception was not helpful and impolite plus all they know is sorry don’t know for answer !

the room is not clean enough and noisy from other room make the guest was not comfortable to staying there.

Staff Not friendly. They didn't even smile to guest. Room is comfortable but not so clean, window curtains dirty.

Convenient place to stay for short term

The hotel is charging RM100 for a loss of room key card (Cost less than RM10). I agree that customer should pay for the loss - but the charges is utterly unreasonable and punitive.
