The location is nice, conveient to tram and metro station and not far from the old town. Lots of restaurants, bar and small supermarkets near by.

2015/8來住過，2016/8來住第二次，ㄧ樣很新，這次還住到有浴缸的，615房有個電箱，早餐ㄧ樣很豐富，明年還會再來

離市中心20分鐘路程 由市中心到酒店比較靜 晚上回酒店蠻害怕 職員都很好人

客房隔音差，入住一樓大門旁的房間無論是有人走路、櫃檯辦理退房講話聲、甚至只要有人開大門就很吵。房間也一直傳來天花板內水管水流聲，以及地鐵經過的聲音。整晚無法入睡；櫃檯回應房客太多無空房無法換房間。房間整體尚可，只是覺得這間房的位置實在不適合隔成房間。

Really nice hotel~ but there was something happened on my third night when I was in this hotel. I already locked the door and gonna take a shower, but suddenly i hear someone is trying to open my door and then a lady open my door and came in my room. How possible a stanger could open you door... The lady saw there someone in the room just left without saying anything, also I didn't get any explanation from the front desk in that moment. But I really scared about this situation, then I called to the front desk, they just kindlessly said " I'm sorry, that's a mistake" that all... Kind of disappointed about the response from the staff

I stayed at Ambiance Hotel for 5 nights with my teenage son. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to request twin room, the hotel were quick responded, and a note made on our booking, and upon check-in, had been granted. Our room was lovely and spacious, with super comfy beds and a lovely big soft pillow. There were also extra blankets if we needed them. The room had plenty of space for us to hang our clothes, space for our luggage, and an in room safe for valuables. There was a desk and chair, a flat screen television, and a small fridge with ice box that came in handy for keeping cold drinks in. The view from our room was lovely. The room had air-conditioning that you could control, which was needed during the heatwave while we were in Prague. The bathroom was also a good size, with a shower and a bath tub, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. There was shampoo, and hand soap provided. As for the rest of the hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was lovely for enjoying a morning coffee (brought up from breakfast) or enjoying a cold beverage whilst reading in the evening. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of continental style options. Overall, the hotel was quite. We barely heard any of the other guests. The location was perfect! A 2 minute walk from the metro & trams. You can easily get to the airport in 40 minutes using public transport. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Prague. We really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is conveniently 150m from a metro station, 50m from a grocery store and surrounded by many restaurants. Friendly staff and quiet stay, yet there are many points to improve -which are disappointing for a 4 stars hotel-: wifi did not work at all throughout my whole stay, so I could only browse internet using my mobile data bundle. 2) breakfast is very generous in variety and options, but coffee machine pours powder instant coffee. 3) i had to request a room switch because my mattress was sunken in the whole width where pillows go, only to find the mattress in the new room had the same sunken zone where my feet were. 4) I sadly found there was literally no douche gel in my second room the morning before heading to work, this coming from a room that was left as ready for the next guest. 5) AC worked perfectly in the first room, temperature stayed at 22-23C as set on the control. Temperature never went below 25C in the second room, so even after the heatwave the stay was too hot. 5) the second room had a constant noise of running water through some inside piping.
