位置ok，離市中心及機場不太遠，適合夜機過一晚夜，附近有餐廳超市，但因晚上9時先到達酒店，超市及大部份餐廳已關，車輛可免費停泊，我住的是雙人大床房，有露台，空間足夠，但設施老舊，房內東西很多塵埃，不太整潔，沒有拖鞋及牙刷牙膏! 價錢尚可! 如入住一晚都會推薦!

網頁上寫有浴缸所以我們訂了到了房間發現沒有跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯說要我們自己打電話去跟hotels.com等訂購網站反應是網站的問題跟飯店無關她無法給予任何幫助，爛透了，浴室都是灰塵，冰箱一打開很多小蟑螂，真的是很恐怖的地方。。。We got hotel as we wanted a combination bathroom with bath and shower, the lady at counter didn't bother to help she said some rooms have some don't but on website it says that is what we are paying for, and don't have hairdryer, the lady told us to call website we booked room from to change room as she said she didn't have anything to do with room. Cockroaches were in fridge.

The stay wasn’t ideal. I’ve noticed that the standard of cleanliness is very low. Both stays, the showers have not been cleaned. Last week the toliet in room 2 smelt of urine. Rubbish out on the balcony from those that stayed the night before. And the room wasn’t ready at 2pm, had us wait 25 minutes at the bar. No apologies. And not to mention the leak with the aircon, unable to sleep due to the noise. I wouldn’t pay to stay in room 5. It’s not worth the price tag. The amount of bags piling up in the entrance way and the smells that come from the stairwell are disgusting.

Great stay at the Civic. Clean room, friendly staff and a good meal in the pub.

Room was dated but fine. But it wasn't obvious from the listing that it's just the upstairs of a pub. There was music playing and you could hear the music from the room, tho it didn't go very late. I was trying to sleep early and had to wear earplugs/noise cancelling headphones
