Not really comfortable. Room is so small, not clean enough, poor breakfasts, unfriendly staff

离夜市和凯旋门公园很近，去其他地方也很方便。前台的女士非常友好，乐于助人。住在这里很棒。房间很干净，气味也很好。

ดีค่ะเราจองห้องสวีตกว้างมาก ราคาตอนจองพันต้น สะอาด มีห้องน้ำ แยกกับห้องอาบน้ำ มีอ่าง น้ำร้อนดี แอร์เย็นดี ทีวีชัดส่วนใหญ่เป็นช่องไทย พนักงานพูดไทยได้ สื่อสารแบบนิ่มๆเนิบๆสไตล์ชาวลาว น่ารักดี แต่งห้องสวยค่ะ อาหารเช้าไม่ทันทานเก็บเร็วไปหน่อย ไกล้ริมโขง ติดกับตลาดกลางคืนเดินประมาณ 100 เมตร สะดวกดี รวมๆดีค่ะคุ้มราคา

The hotel is located near the city centre and 10 min walk to the mekong river. Everything was great but the receptionists' ability to communicate in English. I extended my stay through online booking, and informed the hotel receptionist my booking reference number; yet when I checked out, the receptionist informed us that we need to pay additional charge for the extra stay. I ended up paying the charge since I have to catch my flight. I have corresponded with Ms Laky (probably the manager of the hotel) through email regarding the refund of the additional charge. However, up to now (a week after the hotel agreed to refund the additional charge), I have not received the refund. I hope this issue can be resolved asap.
