職員有禮貌和很幫助人，房間整潔，早餐很好食。唯一是空調似乎不太工作，在房間有點熱。

La propreté de la chambre était convenable, en revanche, clim non fonctionnel et il faisait une chaleur à crever dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur afin de résoudre le problème , pas de ventilateur à disposition. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres car il faisait plus frais dehors mais encore une fois un échec car les moustiques nous ont atomisés !! Après une nuit de trois heures de sommeil, nous pensions à un festin avec le buffet … encore une fois quelle déception… Pour le prix , il est préférable de choisir un autre hôtel. Nous avons changer car vraiment invivable dans ces conditions ( bien évidemment pas de dédommagement ni de geste de la part de l’hôtel pour le désagrément)

Goed hotel op perfecte locatie. Dicht bij de Souk. Treinstation op loopafstand. Goed ontbijt. Harde bedden, maar dat is vrij gewoon in Tunesië.

Excellent breakfast, very clean, helpful staff. Less than a minute from Ave Habib Bourguiba. Will definitely recommend this place for stay. Very close to Medina entrance.

Localização Privilegiada! Atendimento recepção não muito receptivo. Não aceita cartão para pagamento da taxa da cidade (outros hotéis na região aceitam). Quarto espaçoso, ótima varanda e banheiro confortável. PONTO FORTE - café da manhã no último andar em ambiente muito bom. PONTO FRACO - ar condicionado não gelava nada - dormimos com porta da varanda aberta.

The hotel is opposite a bar, and there was an argument at 1:00 AM that lasted over half an hour without any police intervention, which kept us awake.

Breakfast is included and is good. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Cleanliness was ok and bed was very hard. Location is super convenient to explore the Medina.

The room looked clean at first glance, but the closet was super dusty. Staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to help. Location is excellent and breakfast is nice. Quiet pleasant room.The only downside is that the bed is rock hard.

Great location and incredibly attentive staff members. Breakfast left a lot to be desiered and was far too basic.

le personnel et l'emplacement de l'hôtel

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'albergo è tutto ristrutturato e pulito, la sala colazione (interna ed esterna) è molo piacevole e luminosa. Buona scelta salata e dolce per la colazione. Il personale è molto disponibile. Unica nota negativa concerne il Wi-Fi decisamente scarso e spesso non funzionante.

We made a reservation through Hotel.com for 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 kid (14 years old) But when we came, they said that the room wasent for 14 years, therefore we had to book another room and they would charged us. But I we said no because there were no such of restriction om the site, they said that it was if we booked through Expedia, but when I came home and checked there wasent any problem. Anyways we had to showed them that it was possible when we booked the room. After some discussion, they asked the manager and he said yes. The only reason for that we gave the hotel good reviews, is because of Yusuf, he did a great effort and his service was really good all the way, thats why the hotel got a high score from us. The room was only nice and clean. The location was also good , close to everything.

Rent och läget var perfekt. Precis vid paradgatan och 5 minuter gångväg till basaren. Massvis med matställen och taxin. Man får precis vad man kan förvänta sig för 3 stjärniga hotell så väldigt nöjd med hotellet.
