The room was big with good space to open both our 28" luggage cases. The location is about 10 mins walking distance from the town center. We got a 12 floor room, so the view was awesome! The breakfast provided fair amount of selections. Staffs were all very kind and helpful. There were, however, small things that didn't make it perfect: * After every shower, there would be a small water stain in front of the toilet room. The small leakage seemed to go under the sink and became a tiny pot near toilet. * Probably due to the high floor, the water sink sometimes would not get enough pressure to provide water. Had to try a few times for it to work again. * Our toilet light stopped working on the 3rd day. But I've informed the front desk about this during check-out, so it should be fixed soon.

Good location and walking distance to the shopping area

Here’s the thing: the room was nice and spacious. Everything was clean. This review comes down to multiple terrible experiences with staff. Check in resulted in a very short, terse conversation. Not rude but not kind. Not ideal but whatever. The pillows in the room aren’t great and I spent two days with neck pains before I went to the front desk to ask if they had any other pillows. Lo and behold they have a pillow menu which no one told me about and was not found anywhere but a small sign on the front counter. So I asked if I could please have a new pillow. The response was, it’s too late you can ask the cleaners tomorrow… I’m no expert but is there really no way to grab a pillow? And if so, could that have been said nicer? Anyway, eventually he agreed to “make a note for housekeeping” which never got delivered and I had to ask for a new pillow the next day. Moral of the story here: if you never have to interact with front desk employees this property is lovely. If you do, expect no help and a bunch of attitude.

Jeg ble nok oppgradert til et bedre rom og var superfornøyd med dette rommet. De rommene som var i 12 etasje var små og hadde vask på rommet etc. Ville nok hatt et oppgradert rom dersom jeg booker her. Mitt rom/leilighet var helt nyoppusset og var lekket innredet, selv om man må tåle oransje farge. Hotellet ligger fint plassert noen minutters gange fra det sentrale torget. Frokost var inkludert i prisen og hadde et godt utvalg av både varme og kalde retter.

Excellent stay. The hotel is very clean and modern . There was a gym for guests, a good breakfast room and a cafe/bar onsite. The room had aircon, a balcony, minibar and kettle and plenty of sockets including beside the bed.

so weit war alles in Ordnung, so wie wir es von größeren Hotels auch gewohnt sind. Zimmer sind geräumig, mit allem was wir für einen Kurzurlaub benötigen, unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert. Lediglich die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt zu wünschen übrig, sowohl beim Check-In an der Rezeption, als auch beim Personal im Frühstücksraum. Ausnahme war nur die Dame beim Check-Out. Frühstück war etwas klein, für die Größe des Hotels und der junge Mann bei den frischen Eiergerichten hatte wahrscheinlich seinen ersten Tag.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable and a good breakfast selection. Wifi in the room was slow but elsewhere was great.

I don’t really have any complaints. The building is probably old, but it’s been nicely renovated. Since I’m Japanese, I really appreciate that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms. There’s bottled water and a refrigerator. I’d definitely choose this place again when staying in Brno.

The temperature in the room was too high, which could not be reduced, because the hotel's air conditioning system was still turned off. The only option was to open the window wide, but then the noise from the busy street entered the room and unfortunately also the cigarette smoke from the guests smoking in the windows or on the balconies. I would expect higher comfort from a newly renovated hotel.

Nice hotel after the reconstruction very close to the city center, with the VIP status you can have free parking slot and that is great, I wish to have more to chose from on the breakfast, but main dishes were there

Sauna für 600 Kronen fand ich zu teuer.

Overall everything ok except small detais: room little bit small, coat hooks missing.
