Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. Room was good size & good value. Very good security on the prperty. Clean, but could be better & a little maintenance would help. But, happy to stay there again.

I would never stay here again. The room stunk of smoke, there were marks on the carpet & walls. Dead bugs on the window sill. Tv remote didn't work. The bed was the worst I've slept in for a long time. Two singles pushed together which is standard in a lot of places these days but if u lay on one side there was a 5-10cm height difference on the two sides. It was not pleasant. Other than the windows above the bed there's no natural light AND there's a building site behind you that start wk at 0630. Way overpriced for what it was. Check in & parking were no issue

Parking was secure and access to the room was easy once I got in. The room was temperate and comfortable but the Apartment building is new and getting onto town was a drive away. After driving 6 hours to get there I would have preferred to have been told prior to arrival that I needed my car to go shopping or our out to dinner.

The entrance door was sticking and had to be careful that it had closed properly. Room was sufficient size but the window wouldn’t close properly. This resulted in occasional smell of cigarettes from elsewhere. The window screens were extremely dusty and dirty. The bed was saggy and I could feel the springs, which clunked as you moved on the bed. The shower was filthy from soap scum and flick mix on the vanity was loose. Overall very unloved and poor maintenance.

Always an amazing stay

Not a 4 star hotel. The room was dirty, damaged and smelt. The washing machine leaked, a door handle in the bathroom was hanging off classing it dangerous, the shower was extremely loud with clear plumbing issues. The ceiling fan in the bedroom made noise and you couldn’t leave it on. Broken TV remote, buttons didn’t work. Wifi for the TV when playing Netflix was slow. And to get wifi on your phone it’s extra money. It’s $25 to get housekeeping to come clean your sheets and get fresh towels - absolutely ridiculous to be charging the same amount as serviced apartments when it has no housekeeping, lacks maintenance and has some of the rudest staff Ive ever encounter in costumer service. The manager was short, blunt, rude and made weird smirking faces. She cut me off on the phone and spoke over me. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay but the experience is let down by terrible WiFi

Great place to stay for an overnight stay in Mackay. Great size apartments, easy check in.

Good location. Generally ok. Was not proved with enough toilet paper etc. had to ask. kitchen was poorly equiped

Bad verkalkt. Eine kleine Pfanne und einen Topf, Zuwenig im Besteckkasten und schmutzig.

Could do with a lot of maintence. Parking was ok, did have to park on street one night, aircons work well just no direction fins left in them. Bed was awful and pillow non existent

Staff where amazing

No visible window in room, carpet filthy, king bed is 2 singles pushed together, no milk in fridge, shower head poor. Aircon works well, parking secure.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 8+ years and have always appreciated the location and the consistently friendly, helpful reception team. However, the last two stays have been disappointing. The rooms feel very aged, which would be fine if they were properly cleaned. Unfortunately, our most recent room had lumpy, worn-out bed, stained furniture with crumbs and dirt, and the bed itself had hairs and other debris on it. The kitchen in the one-bedroom unit was also poorly stocked, with only one fork and one drinking glass. While the view remains a highlight and the air-conditioning filters were clean, the overall condition and cleanliness of the rooms make me question whether they are being adequately serviced between guests. At this point, I’m not sure I would return unless improvements are made.

The View was the best part of our stay at this property. We were a family of 5 traveling and stayed 4 nights. We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was really average. The bedding had blood stains on it, or dried wet stains on every bed. The shower didnt have an extracter fan, so was very hot. The Air Conditioning units were either dripping with water leaking or they didn't work properly. The sink tap didn't have hot water coming out of it, and the utensils or the lack of to cook a meal were no where to be seen. The deck had so much dove feces everywhere, no one would want to sit out there. Also the Air Conditioning fan was on the outside balcony blowing hot air at you, which made it impossible to sit near. This needs to be looked at before offering this to families.

Good size & handy having the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Lovely views. Just needs some maintenance (shelves broken in the showers, front door damaged, etc).
