The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining.

由於颱風關係，較夜入住酒店，職員提醒先到外面煮溫泉蛋以免過了時間。酒店內有不同温泉，都好舒適。晩餐及早餐方面也好豐富，下次會再來。

揀這個溫泉配合昇龍道之旅, 呢間係百大溫泉旅館之一, 白川鄉要自駕一個多小時才到, 停車場在酒店對面有職員指示泊車, 下午有自製溫泉蛋活動, 晚餐同早餐都好豐富, 溫泉室內室外都好吸引, 附近景點有兔仔園同福井県東尋坊

溫泉很棒,服務人員也都很親切,房間很舒適 空間很大 雖然我們沒有預訂早餐,但飯店有另外贈送土司和咖啡.

無法即時訂早/晚餐，要行去其他食店，好彩旁邊有便利購物，但酒店入門口有海報寫禁止外來食物及飲品，同時入晚7點後只有一班免費 穿梭巴士，否則巴士及的士來酒店

Hotel is very big. Staff are very kind and friendly. Special arrange a chinese spoken staff to serve us.

果真沒有叫我失望的溫泉酒店，溫泉設施多樣化及充足，很整潔及開放時間長。酒店服務貼心，絕大部份的職員熱情有禮，很值得入住

Friendly and helpful staff!

The hotel has friendly staff who showed us around when we checked in. Despite the language barrier, they tried their best to make us feel welcomed and informed. The room is well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. We took the free shuttle from Kaga Onsen JR station to the hotel, with nice scenery throughout. Onsen is nice, although it's not opened for 24 hours. The only downside is that the elevator area on 1/F has bad cigarette smell, so we have to endure the smoke while waiting for elevators to our room floor (we booked non-smoking room).

這家飯店很貼心，早上有免費提供熱騰騰的馬鈴薯，下午時間有免費溫泉蛋的製作，還有啤酒跟飲料的優惠，同時飯店很大方，在泡湯處有提供他們商店所販賣的各式清潔劑及保養品可以讓客人免費使用，泡澡有三間大眾池，裡面的泡澡設備很多，這是最令人滿意的地方。還有飯店有定點的免費小巴的接送。早上還有多送一個景點蠻好的 。

온천탕은 좋았으나 객실이.어둡고 시설이 그다지 좋지않았다 주변에 식사할곳도 마땅치않았다 딱 온천만 있다고 보면 된다 교통도 불편하다

Unfriendly staffs from front desk to kitchen. Been to many ryokans around Japan for the past few years and this is by far one of the worst. Nearby room was being rowdy past 11pm and nothing was done to ensure a restful stay. Service was bad, quality of stay was bad, kaiseki dinner was average and disappointing. During meals at the restaurant, there was no staff waiting to welcome us for dinner and breakfast during one of the days we stayed. For the price paid, I would rather head back to the nearby Ryokan Tachibana Shikitei instead. There was no staff to assist with our luggages during check out and neither was there anyone to send us off or offer help like other Ryokans do. Tatami was not comfortable either with only 1 thin layer. Not sure what's the point to stay in suite rooms when there's no added benefits. Staffs were only friendly towards Japanese. Almost billed us wrongly for drinks we did not have. Absurd. No free drinks in the room unlike other Ryokans. Do not recommend.

今回傘寿のお祝いでお伺いしました。お出迎えや、客室のスタッフさん共に笑顔で対応してくれ、とても心地よく過ごせることができました。ありがとうございます。前もって傘寿の衣装をお願いしてあったのですが、木彫りのお祝いのプレートも頂き、本人もとても喜んでいました。食事の説明もわかりやすく気配りもして頂きありがとうございました。 また露天風呂付き客室もくつろげて良かったです。 また機会がありましたら、ぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

露天風呂が入る予定が次の日朝から雨が降り入れなかったのが残念でした。
