Amenities was all good and fabulous but the staff was not at all friendly and were very rude in handling situation except for the lady working in Revival area was friendly and loving

The Jag is one a kind! After spending 6 nights over the last 12 days I can say that; The staff, the amenities, the vibe and the atmosphere….. the overall experience has been nothing short of amazing. Will most definitely be back!!

While the hotel is lovely and decorated modern my, their staffs ability to fill requests seem limited. I requested a specific room in the old building on the corner on top floor and requested if that was not available a room anywhere in the new building would be my second choice. Spoke to the hotel the day before arrival. Rep on the phone advised that rooms would be assigned 9am the morning of arrival. When we arrived I found that we were assigned the room next to my requested room as it was still occupied from the evening before and would not be available until the next day. . I asked if we could be assigned a room in the new building as per my request. He said there were no rooms available. Hard to believe there were no rooms available on the morning that they were assigned. There were many people Checking in when we were, and throughout the rest of the evening. Unless everyone had requested the same I’m sure there was one room. Meanwhile the customer service rep kindly offered to upgrade us at a charge if we wanted to move to the new building in a suite. 😡. We returned to the room next the the one we requested… the carrot just dangled in front of us. 🙄

Great stay! Enjoyed Mojo, Zimmy’s and Exile. Hopefully the men’s dry sauna is up and running for our next visit.

Bar / restaurant were exceptionally good!

Turn down service was unexpected and the chocolate bar was delicious. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice smelling soap and hair products in a beautiful big shower with 2 different shower heads. Coffee was great. Glasses and mugs were quite adequate. Room and bathroom was exceptionally clean. Slippers and robes were a plus but not used. Room was quite spacious with seating for four.

Loved the hotel, best in the area for adults with no kids. saltwater hottub and lap pool.. live entertainment every night... will be back.

I always stay at The Jag when I’m In St. John’s, great atmosphere, amazing music, close to downtown and the new addition is great! Also, the Jag burger at Exile is next level!

Great vibe. Helpful staff. Excellent food at Exile restaurant. Original building bathrooms a little long in the tooth compared to everything else. Highly recommend.

Great stay, nice big room.

We've previously only stayed at the Alt but wanted to give this place a try. It's a beautiful hotel in a convenient downtown location. Valet parking was a bonus. My only complaint is that I reserved a room with a city view and we were put in a room overlooking some sort of inside hallway, no outside view at all. I will be returning later in the month to give it another try and will see if that happens again.

The staff were very professional in every area of customer service, the restaurant staff and food were excellent and the Valet staff were very professional and helpful.

Very cool place to stay! The hotel is a visual smorgasbord tribute to rock and roll history. We got a great off season rate, room was clean and comfortable, great location with harbour views and staff were friendly. there is a cafe, casual dining, fine dining, lounge, valet parking, pool, spa services and a state of the art theatre all on site. Highly recommend!!
