管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！

Hotellet var fint, der var parkering på den anden side af gaden i et p-hus til 20 euro pr nat. Hotellet lå meget centralt og det var nemt at komme omkring, da alt nærmest lå lige udenfor døren.

Nette schöne Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage in den Fußgängerzonen. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Nette Personal. Aufenthalt für meine kleine Hund war sogar gratis. Alles perfekt und tipp, topp

Very central, friendly staff. Nice room. Close to lake for a swim and good transport. There was a small fridge in the room. There was a kettle with tea and coffee sachets. We visited Lindu in Germany. About 15 minutes on the train. Loved it. Bergenz is a lovely area. Spar shop across road.

A large room complete with sofa was more than adequate for our short stay. The hotel bar specialises in cocktails... thirteen pages of them on the drinks menu, all reasonably priced. Very helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Siamo arrivati in mattinata alle 10, nonostante era tutto occupato ci hanno dato già una camera. Le camere sono belle, spaziose e tutto pulito e ben attrezzato. Località molto centrate e vicino sia ai mezzi che il centro storico con locali. Torneremo con piacere 🙂

Convenient location.

It’s a great hotel stay. The room is confortable, quiet, the staff friendly and good breakfast. All we need. The location is great to explore the town and take the early ferry to Lindau. We had a great time. Parking in Bregenz is expensive but the hotel offers a discount to the standard daily rate of the carpark which is appreciable.

Elegant traditional hotel conveniently situated a short walk (7 mins) from the railway station and close to all main attractions. Comfortable quiet single room with nice view of the mountain. Firm mattress and inadequate bedside lighting the only reservations. Extremely helpful receptionist. Nice cocktail bar.

A floor mat for the Barhrub is necessary as the floor is very slippery and can be quite dangerous especially for seniors.
