The place is good but when we check out they asked for another RM 70 because there are 3 of us stayed there. When we checked in they didn’t mentioned about extra charge for the third person and they saw there are 3 of us and didn’t even give us any extra bed or anything. They just mentioned my colleague forgot to tell you about the extra charge. To be fair they said we just charged you RM 50.

Beautiful heritage hotel, spacious room with adorable antique meubel and clean. Breakfast was simple but was great to start the day. Good location (near Jonker Street) value for money with exotic adventure in old day. Most of all the staff are friendly and helpful. Our stay here could not have been better.

I stayed in room 203 - junior suite and it was a pleasure stay. this room is away from the streets so I had a quiet night and sound sleep, same goes with my baby. what I like about this room - very spacious with separate chill & relax area with table, chairs & large daybed, and also bright lighting. as for breakfast, the taste was nice but the choice is limited with nasi lemak, fried Mee hoon, few traditional kuih, few choices of pastry, juices, and fresh milk. for coffee lover, you can have an option to order espresso, latte, etc. this hotel do provide basic kids's play area as well. location, walking distance to almost all of the tourist spot. we just stroll around by walking. overall, it was a nice stay and very recommended.

I had the most pleasant stay here. Everything was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Nearby to Jonker Walk about 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was good, room was clean and very spacious. Towels, bed sheets and pillow covers had foul odor. Other than that was fine.

Beautiful setting, lovely room, great location, clean and friendly. Omar at the front desk was super helpful.
