Primer lugar yo pague dos noches por dos personas una se quedaria un dia conmigo al siguiente otra, yo vengo de otra ciudad una compañera de trabajo ingreso por unos documentos que tenianque darle y en cuanto ingreso esa compañera, que pork no podia estar una tercera persona en la habitacion me cobraron 400 pesos mas al minuto que entro, despues la persona que estubo conmigo la 1 noche se regreso y tenia que dormir conmigo la otra compañera y no la dejaron ingresar que porque ya estaba registrada la anterior saben en el problema que me meti? Osea son pesimas con su politicas yo pqgue por dos personas por habitacion que importa!! Quien seaaaa me va ir muy mal en mi trabajo mañana

Excelente, recomiendo ampliamente este hotel, para las demas ocasiones, me hospedare aqui. Sigan asi.

Limpio y moderno las habitaciones el del seguridad amable las cajeras no tan amables y tajantes

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, los protocolos de seguridad algo exagerados pero entedibles siendo que es mas un motel que hotel. La mujer que trabajo el mostrador en las mañanas los dias que estube alli era muy grosera con los clientes, no tiene modo para hablarle a las personas. Al pricipio pense que era solo yo pero escuche comonle hablaba a otras personas con groserias y me di cuenta que asi es con todos. La muchacha que estaba en la noche fue muy amable y buena gente.

First it is not a hotel , it's a motel. You have to check in trough a window where the cars drive in, risking get hit, you can't see the rude person that is inside the window its completely blocked with metals, you get the key with a big plastic and a control remoto trough a metal box. You are required to take the key to the rude person every single time you want to go out the MOTEL. The area its terrible, couldn't sleep the whole night, super noisy, probably a bar, drank people screaming, dangerous...

Great Shower! Not the best neighborhood but the staff was very nice. Booking through Expedia cut the price in half so I was very happy.

First of all, Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I made sure to let them know about I will arriving late to my reservation due to flight cancellation and they always insisted i never had a reservation. I honestly don’t know why this ugly motel is even on Hotels.com would not recommend to anyone unless you want to bring a women over for a couple hours and leave. But for a weekend stay totally not recommend. Bed sheets and pillows were yellow. Found long hair on pillows. They don’t take the time to inform you about “rules” so when I was leaving the motel to go tour they stop you like if are stealing something and turns out you have to leave your room key EACH time you leave and pick up when you need it.

La zona que la rodea es peligrosa, poco iluminada. Batallé para que la reservación de Expedia se viese reflejada en su motel. La habitación estaba bien y el personal me ayudó con un kit de primeros auxilios ya que tuve un accidente con mi dedo. No creo volver pero tampoco fue terrible la experiencia.

Clean room, secure parking, friendly staff. On a busy corner... so it was noisy until about 10pm. Great price, we will stay there again.

All I can tell you is, I wouldn’t take my family here. There is an adult hourly rate which tells you a lot, and I heard things through the walls that were not very family appropriate.

The entrance to the hotel there is a big bump that will hit under the car if you driving a small automobile don't stay here
