It was definitely our most wonderful experience in Peru. The free airport pick up service, friendly staff, live music show, clean and spacial room(they upgraded our room for free! What surprises me the most was the hot water bag hidden in our quilt. How thoughtful is that! 100/100 recommend especially considering the cheap price!! Would def come back next time.

Staff are very friendly. The zipper of my baggage is broken, and the staff in the front desk found scissor and tapes to wrap it. The hotel offers free airport pickup service.

Check in以及派車到機場的速度很快、櫃台也非常親切，房間空間很大、飯店大廳舒適有提供茶水、浴室明亮清潔；不過房間內的暖器是手動要自己開，要過一陣子才會暖和，天氣冷要注意一下。附近非常好逛，離中樣市場走路2-3分鐘，還有一家很大的超市。走到兵器廣場約5-10分鐘，路途上也很熱鬧。

酒店本身的硬件和軟件令人滿意，但可能是位處舊區關係，區域性水電網絡老舊，我在入住的3晚裏，1晚某時段整區停電，另1晚則某時段停水，雖然最後不久便恢復供電供水，但等待期間，總是不安。這些不足之處，絕非酒店本身可以處理。另外，網頁中的房間照片與現實略有差異，尤以房間面積大小，照片容易令人誤解。由於是歷史性的舊區，位置自然相方便，絕大部份市內景點可步行前往。附近生活機能充足，有洗衣店（一提酒店對面那家洗衣店老闆，當衣物洗淨後，會送至酒店來）和超市，可解決基本旅遊所需。

Very kind friendly staff. The special events advertised at the hotel were not available which was disappointing and not what we paid for. They need to have Do not disturb signs available for the rooms because our room was entered two times while we're were inside

Good service

Close to every thing San Pedro market , good complimentary breakfast, very friendly and accommodating staff , friendly alpaca called kiki and her weaving class. It made a pleasant stay.

Only two complaints was there was a large gap under the door so I was cold. And the lack of heat not helping my coldness. The shower is phenomenal hot water forever and amazing water pressure. A baby alpaca live at the hotel and she is my new best friend. Every employee there went above and beyond to help us. I would let any of them use me as a reference on their resume. Normally I would want to gate-keep a place this good.

The hotel manager knew that I am in the ICU for acute respiratory failure. from Nov. 25-Dec-1, yet they did not cancel my reservation and charged me fully while was in ICU. They bought my belongings to the ICU but charged me for the stay anyway. They are cruel, inhuman, and a blot on humanity

Excellent hotel avec de nombreuses prestations intéressantes. Nous avons adoré l’atelier sur le tissage et la visite de Kiki l’alpaga. Seul point négatif: les matelas des lits étaient vieux et inconfortables (on s’enfonce dans le centre du lit donnant l’impression d’être couché dans un hamac).

We loved Kiki the alpaca! That was the highlight of our stay. Hotel was clean, nice and good breakfast.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was just ok. There were windows in it that were covered with something very thin. You could hear other guests all night and into the morning. I found a hair in the bed (not my color) and the bottom of the tub was not very clean. There was a hairdryer which was a plus. The courtyard was a nice area to sit in while we waited.

Nice, clean, good atmosphere, friendly and very helpful staff - and they have a rescue alpaca!

The Union Cuzco hotel is a hidden gem close to the market(s) and the historical districts. Easy walking and I felt very safe. This hotel also has Ki Ki - a baby alpaca who is adorable & greets you throughout your visit. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Great stay

Small rooms but was very clean. They offer many free activities such as ceviche, and pisco sour preparation. The staff are very friendly
