Food for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent, well prepared and tasty.

Staff was VERY friendly, room was big and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms get quite warm in summer. With a heatwave on the room was 35 degrees late at night. But cannot fault the hotel for that ;).

I have to say that the staff were super friendly and very welcoming, not only the bar staff but also the breakfast chef and even the cleaner! The inn was situated in a nice out of town area surrounded by fields. There is a business nextdoor but there was no overnight noise from it. The food and the beer were amazing too. I would thoroughly recommend the basque cheesecake! Could it have been a bit cleaner? Well the carpet in the room could have been vacuumed better but it wasn't awful, just a couple of bits here and there, everything else in the room was spotless. The shower wanted to be hotter than I like but had I been staying with my wife she would have loved it so it's down to personal choice. I stayed in Horse and it was huge! (The room not the horse).

Room with fridge was a real bonus. Spacious, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast out of this world. Filled us up for the day. Chefs were just so accommodating and kind including all the staff from Cleaners to bar staff. Food in evening was 1st class we loved our stay and definitely will come back again.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Decaf and ordinary coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied and refreshed each day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice small hotel/ inn. Only 4 animal themed rooms. The staff were all lovely. Large bar and dining area with a great beer garden. The food was excellent, with an interesting menu and nicely presented. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Dinner was really delicious, and served quickly, portions a great size. Breakfast equally lovely! They’ve got a little outside area to enjoy a drink, and loads of parking. The village is really cute as well. Definitely staying again!

Lovely spacious room that was clean. All staff where lovely and welcoming. The food in the pub was really good and the breakfast which was included was excellent. I couldn't stay for breakfast the last morning and they made me a lunch bag to take with me. Amazing stay and will be back. Excellent spot for exploring the local area

We stayed in the pig room. Large bed, spacious, table with two chairs and a harmchair. The shower in the bathroom is good and the ventilation system efficient. The room is supplied with bed sheets, towels and hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which is quite generous. Parking is also convenient, even when the pub is quite full I managed to find free parking spaces. In Expedia it wasn't 100% clear if bed sheets and hairdryer were supplied. In our experience, everything is there and the stuff is ready and available to help. If I were the manager in charge of the B&B, I would update what is included in the rooms as some customers may be misleaded. We would stay here again!

Spacious room, good food, courteous staff, amazing vibe…. will definitely recommend and stay whenever we plan to be somewhere near mid Wales.
