酒店整體水準不錯，惟整潔有待提高，連續住多晚，清潔不夠乾淨，而且被袋和枕頭袋有破損穿窿。此外，自駕到酒店泊車沒有提供路線指示，因而泊錯地點。

Great location and breakfast, also the helpful staff

I made the reservation, but as I arrived, they changed me to another hotel. Although another hotel is also belong to the same company, the quality is different!

The staff are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Our bathroom had an odor and they addressed it right away. We only had dinner in the restaurant and it was slow and food was ok. Convenient location.

Rauhallinen hotelli, vaikkakin keskeisellä paikalla. Perus hyvä aamupala. Aulabaari olisi saanut olla auki pidempään ja peitot paksummat.

Nice hotel

Staff were friendly and the property was clean, but it may need some basic maintenance. The closet and bathroom doors need fixing, as they wouldn’t stay completely shut and kept opening back up. There is a kettle in the room; a coffee maker would also be a nice addition.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, bulvar üzerinde ve gezilecek yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Gayet temiz, konforlu bir otel. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Rezervasyon ekibi ve tüm personele teşekkür ederim.

Dette var et svært moderne og innbydende hotellopphold. Sengene var komfortable, rommet var rent, og personalet opplevdes som både hyggelige og profesjonelle. Beliggenheten var også et stort pluss, med kort avstand til butikker, katedral, barer og restauranter. Frokosten var generelt veldig god og ga en god start på dagen. Når det er sagt, er det noen mindre forbedringspunkter: Frokost: Det hadde vært ønskelig med et noe bredere utvalg av varme retter, som stekte egg, bacon og eggerøre. Dette er noe mange forventer som en del av en komplett hotellfrokost. Innsjekk: Innsjekkprosessen kunne vært mer effektiv. Selv om opplæring av ansatte er forståelig og viktig, opplevdes prosessen noe tidkrevende. Muligheten for forhåndsinnsjekk, slik mange hoteller tilbyr i dag, kunne bidratt til en smidigere opplevelse. TV-løsning: Jeg savnet en funksjon for å dele innhold fra egen enhet til TV-en, som for eksempel SharePlay eller tilsvarende. Dette er en løsning som stadig flere hoteller tilbyr, og som virkelig kan løfte totalopplevelsen. Alt i alt er jeg svært fornøyd med oppholdet, og jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.

Fint hotell, hyggelige og hjelpsomme i resepsjonen, rent, stille og sentralt. Det eneste som trekker ned inntrykket er frokosten, som kunne vært bedre.

Meget fine værelser, god service på hotellet, fantastisk dejlig beliggenhed

Clean and spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was also good and not crowded. However, the soundproofing of the room was poor. One night we stayed up until 3am since the steps from upstairs and the hallway vibrated so loud. We were on the first floor with windows facing the courtyard and there were also people (from a nearby bar?) outside our window smoking and talking so loud it also disturbed our sleep.

It was a good and comfortable place to stay and I would’ve ranked it five stars but the toilet shower was not working and the soap tray in the bathroom is kind of useless with the little tiny bars of soap and the tiny bottles. And if you want your towels changed you have to read the tiny label in the bathroom which says you need to throw them on the floor. Other than that the place is very nice.

Room spotless and staff polite. Problem with light being on permanently on balcony which impacted sleep. Manager said they know about it but can’t do anything about it. Room info should highlight this as severely impacted our break and manager was not able to move us to an alternate room.
