La verdad, un encanto de hotel, a mi esposo y a mí nos fascinó ir y disfrutar de las amenidades 24horas, el personal super lindo y atento; y más que mi esposo estaba de curioso jamás pusieron mala cara mi nada. Esperamos poder regresar.

Very nice place to stay. The only beef was the lighting in the stairs leading down to the hot baths were dim and my girlfriend fell down the stairs and fractured her big toe. Staff and everything else was good. No microwaves in the rooms. Nice amenities.

Gorgeous property that made you feel like you were in your own Mayan villa. The hotel is nesteled in a neighborhood with a beautiful and charming pool, delicious food options available at the onsite restaurant, Naino. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful if I had questions.

Clean room and friendly staff Super pretty grounds, loved the turtles! We had a great stay. Please note, however, that it's not a quiet stay. There's a place nearby that has very loud music/entertainment events in the evening. Also the roosters in the adjacent properties will wake you up before sunrise and afterwards. 😅 We didn't mind any of it because we were extremely tired from our travels and had earplugs, but I hadn't seen any reviews commenting on noise before so thought I'd share Also the restaurant is just ok. Breakfast was better than dinner, IMHO, but it was fine for what it was. We did enjoy the resident cat dining companions though. 😊

The underground cave is amazing and unique experience. Both pools were lovely and available 24hours a day. The food was moreso crafted than it was cooked delicious and specialty. Would love to come again.

Hermoso hotel, ideal para relajación y descanso. Todo el personal desde la recepción, restaurante, heladeria y spa fueron super amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y darnos recomendaciones.

There is just so many little extras that make your stay so wonderful. From the amazing shampoo and soap, to the amazing staff. The place is so peaceful and romantic. Thank you zentik for helping us make such beautiful memories.

Really neat little hotel with beautiful art everywhere, turtles, and the warm salt pool cave was remarkable after swimming in ceynotes all day!
