I arrived at 12 noon time. the owner got no smile and has a very unpleasant face. he is afraid that I am insisting to check in right now. then a lady came out and explained about the checking-in time. of course I can understand because I have read about these things in Taiwan. checking-in time in Taiwan is 3 PM or 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM!!! so the first impression of the boss has ruined my mood. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Hotel concierge personnel are friendly and helpful. However hotel is a little run down, lift and room have a smell but bearable. Toilet shower head position is flawed but Water heater is constant. Beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. 5 minutes away from train station opposite a night market and many food stall. Very convenient location. Free breakfast from Macdonald is also a plus point.

Good and near the night market

Location is good, pretty near the Yilan Train Station. Room is comfortable, clean. Water heater is good and consistent. However, they should add a curtain for a partition or everything gets wet after we shower. The wall tiles in the toilet are cracked but that didn't bother us. The lift smells weird but its not a big problem since the room is good. Oh the complimentary breakfast is vouchers from Mcdonald, not bad.
