在Antigua分別住了三間酒店，這是最舒服同時洗澡的熱水最熱及夠力。房間清潔每天有人打掃，早上七時至十時可享用的早餐味道一流，由酒店前往中心地帶只是步行數分鐘，總而言之這酒店是我在Antigua 住最好的。

We had an incredible stay at El Carmen Hotel and I will recommend to my family. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect—just steps from Central Park and the Antigua Guatemala Cathedral, making the entire historic center completely walkable.

The property was centrally located by restaurants, nightlife...The breakfast that was included was great & the staff was very helpful in planning tours & activities. I would definitely recommend El Carmen Hotel & would stay their again when in Guatemala.

Everything was good besides room #204 smelling like mold.

Very pretty hotel, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The rooftop restaurant came in handy when the weather didn’t permit leaving the hotel.

La estadía fue perfecta. Tienen una vista privilegiada. El personal es excelente, dispuesto, amable y servicial. Me encantó la temática antigua del lugar y el restaurante es excelente. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Great location, amazing staff and delicious breakfast!

El hotel tiene EXCELENTE localización en el mismo centro de Antigua que hace posible ir caminanado a los diferentes puntos de interés y restaurantes. El staff SUPER ATENTO y muy pendientes a que todo estuviera bien. Los desayunos includos con la estadía eran abundantes, con productos frescos y muy variados. Y tiene una terraza desde donde puedes ver los volcanes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we reported a little dust coming down from the wall onto the chair, they gave us another room even though we didn't ask for it. They also have a restaurant on a terrace with a beautiful view and delicious food.

Friendly staff, staff was always cleaning the place. Always smelled clean, breakfast was delicious. Always saw maintenance making the area look up to date. Bed was extremely comfortable, water pressure was great, nice hot water. Would come back!

The rooms were air conditioned and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace with vistas of the volcanoes was exceptional. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay, great view from restaurant

Comfortable room, great location, included breakfast on the terrace each morning is amazing, when the sky is clear you can see the volcano eruption from the terrace, especially beautiful at night.

Great location!

El Carmen is an older building and so, while it has been rennovated, the age of the property is obvious. Location is great--just two blocks off the main plaza. Our room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, but the room with two double beds was tiny and in a dark corner towards the back of the second floor. That lead to the Wifi not working very well. The staff tried to help, but we deduced that they may be in need of a new router. The AC worked well which was great because otherwise we would not have had air. Only one window that was way at the top and probably couldn't be opened. The best part of El Carmen is the rooftop restaurant that looks right on to Volcanes Agua, Acatenango, and Fuego. We really loved watching the sunset and Fuego as it erupted after dark. We made a point of coming up at sunrise as well. It would have cost a lot more to stay in a "fancier" place, so we felt we got good value for our money. Breakfast was included which was also a plus. In spite of a few downsides, I would definitely stay there again.

Came here with the family. Great stuff all around. Definitely coming back
