the room clean and tidy with a theme. staff are extremely friendly and hepful. breasfast is very good.

Great location near the beach. Our room was comfortable and we appreciated the filtered water and fan in the hot weather. Breakfast is very good served buffet style at sister hotel two doors up.

Room was clean. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. Took a while to find a parking space in a neighbouring road, got a permit from reception which was £20 , but Brighton is very expensive to park anyway. Great location , turn right out of the hotel and right at the top of the road you will find a great little Italian restaurant.

There is nothing luxury or boutique about this hotel. It’s very basic with cramped rooms and poor WiFi on some levels. Given there is no phone signal in this part of town that really matters

Location and room good, but fan in room very noisy, could do with air conditioning unit, the bathroom was clean but needs to be updated…otherwise all good

Adequate Facilities- fridge didn’t seem to function - air conditioning in my room was old fashioned & noisy. It was a small room but fine for just me! Breakfast in a different house a few doors along was very good. Quiet & good position to sample Brighton.

We booked a luxury double. It was a very small room. The furniture was a bit tired and had some stains on the chair. Not enough ventilation as could hardly open the windows. No hairdryer in room had to ask for one. Wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t have breakfast. No parking. Wouldn’t stay there again as I know there are cheaper and better places.

Nice family room. Comfy bed and great shower. Tasty breakfast. Quiet and peaceful room despite a close proximity to town and sea front, so great location. The family room given to us below level ground level, so no external view at all and very hot. The small aircon machine stopped working so felt quite claustrophobic. We would stay here again but ask for a different room.

The temperature in the room was way passed 30 degrees. And the shower was dirty on the floor, drain didn't work properly so you stood in you own dirty shower water.

We had the best overnight stay at Seaspray. The room and hot tub were amazing. Brilliant location. Breakfast at the sister hotel was excellent. Would recommend.

A very nice hotel and a very nice room. Modern, clean and cosy. Kind staff. Excellent breakfast. If we´ll go to Brighton again we´ll definitely stay there.

It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. Within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Appreciated having a small mini fridge, a tea kettle, an iron, and a hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again.
