No pude obtener la factura. Y en ningún lado en expedía dice que no va a ser posible. Deberían advertirlo.

El hotel está bien, pero no dejan casi amenidades, y parecía todo aventado. Es buen hotel y la ubicación es buena es la tercera vez que nos quedamos y suele ser nuestro Joel predilecto, pero en esta ocasión la habitación se sentía mal. El baño daba impresión de estar sucio y que se había usado antes de que llegáramos.

I had booked my stay almost two weeks in advance and when I got here they gave me a downgraded room and charged me for my original booking. Didn’t give me the option to move rooms either because of the hotel being booked. Asked if I wanted an apology instead of just doing so, which was weird.

El personal muy amable

We had a flat tire in a very remote location and were desperate to make it into the city. The ladies at the front desk could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were allowed into a room early without a reservation- I literally cried. Everything was comfortable and clean. Although we had not planned on staying in Saltillo - I could think of a better more friendly helpful destination.
