The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included.

Its an old pub ideally located for a stay in charlestown our room was big and comfortable cleaned every day breakfast was great the staff amazing would stay again if we could have that room

Parking very easy and adjacent. Both evening meal and breakfast was spot on. Comfy bed and great shower.

The staff were great but the rooms were a bit cramped especially the bathrooms. There were problems with television reception breaking up. The hotel is in a nice location and the food was fine.

The room was spotless with a great view. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. The only small negative was the cramped bathroom leaving the toilet in tight corner but it didnt effect the short break.

A very tired place in need of urgent renovation to plumbing, noise, decor and fitting.

Even though fully paid before arriving using Tesco voucher and mastercard , I phoned to say you are billing me and its paid also sent an email to the hotel did not get a response. After I checked out received another email saying I have been billed rang the hotel and they said they will refund it sent an email saying put that in writing yet again no response and when I got home several days later found nothing had been taken, reallt stressful and unesscary get your act together !

Property is gorgeous and doesnt disappoint, staff are excellent, attentive. Would definitely stay again, food was a bit of a let down, menu looks and reads great but the food itself is about wetherspoons standard.

Super chambre au dessus d’un charmant pub situé au coeur de la petite ville. Facile de se garer, bonne ambiance, très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très sympathique. Seul petit problème; il faisait relativement chaud durant la nuit malgré un petit ventilateur disposé sur le bureau et il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir la fenêtre en raison du bruit des installations sur le toit. Sinon très bien
