酒店女员工需要接受更多关于如何对待顾客的培训。

我将分享我对这家酒店的真实客观评价：@优点：- 酒店离电车站和维多利亚市场非常近。楼下就有一家便利店。这条街上有很多餐馆。- 酒店设有厨房和冷藏室，方便存放食物。- 浴室干净，热水供应充足。- 前台接待人员各有不同；有些是身材高挑、英俊帅气的年轻男士。@缺点：- 房间里没有空调，只有一台风扇（不确定是否属于酒店——可能是长期住客的）。不过，由于我是三月初去的，天气非常凉爽。夏天去的话可能会觉得很热。- 卫生间一般，不是很干净，但这也要看使用者的卫生习惯。- 主要问题是房间里没有无线网络。如果你在二楼或者房间里，就会完全没有网络连接。唯一的无线网络在前台。我睡觉时还是会感到很痒，即使我加了一层一次性床单也没用。我问了问周围的人，发现房间里其他三个人也都有同样的感觉。

太热了……味道难闻，而且没有空调，根本不值我花的100多美元……我订的是单人间，结果味道难闻又热，没有空调……又脏又乱，一分钱都不值。这是我住过的最差的旅舍……请Traveloka把这家旅舍下架吧，我浪费了钱，热得睡不着觉！！！

酒店员工服务态度很差，厕所也很脏。以后再也不会住这里了！

It was definitely the worst hostel experience I've ever had (and I traveled for months in south east asia in cheap as hostels). The staff was really rude and didn't even look at me and just played on their phone. The rooms are dirty and cleanliness is not to good but that's alright. The people are the problem, in the lobby are only 40yo loser playing with their playstations who havent showered this year ig. In my room there was a mental ill guy who was going up and down the room at all times and making noises but you couldn't talk with him. On the floors and kitchen there are mental ill people talking to themself really aggresive and shouting at you. Than there are a bunch of homeless and ex prisoners who get booked into Elizabeth Hostel by emergency bookings from the government because its the cheapest in town. My roommates told me random people could punch you if you make noises in the night because they are completely crazy and that someone got stabbed in the kitchen a few months ago. I have never left a hostel even though I had a booking, but this one I left at 3am because it was to crazy and the mental ill people on my room wouldn't let me sleep! Never ever go here besides you want a crazy experience

Phải có sự riêng biệt giữa khách du lịch với khách lưu trú lâu dài. Tôi được xếp vào 1 phòng có đến tận 6 người là ở dài hạn. Họ bày đồ rất nhiều tôi không có clocker riêng của mình và người ở trong đó họ rất thất thường. Tôi thấy rất lạ là có 1 cô gái ở chung với những người còn lại là đàn ông. Cô ấy xịt 1 loại tinh dầu hay hương thảo dược gì đó làm cho cả phòng rất khó chịu, tôi đã phải chịu đựng khi tôi ngủ mặc dù tôi đi cả ngày không ở trong phòng. Rồi có người đi làm đêm về cứ lục đục và soạn đồ sột xoạt, ra vào đóng cửa ầm ầm làm tôi thức giấc. Thật sự đáng buồn.

Messy kitchen, dirty room, disgusting place. Many homeless people live in this hostel and homeless man smoke in my room! The front desk staff only give a warning to him that's it. Save your money, do not stay in this place 🙂

Room has a bad odor. I can't even sleep. I checked out early than paid because of the bad odor and people are drinking alcohol in the lobby, shouting for being drunk. Comfort room has no regular cleaner. everything was horrible

Bau dan kotor. Kamar campur laki dan perempuan. Receptionist tidak ramah. Dan sama sekali tidak direkomendasikan deh.

Didn't expect that I need to take stairs to get inside. It was okay for my room. What makes it nice are the staffs. They are very nice!

Cukup menyenangkan, dekat kota, dekat tram stop.

Murah dan nyaman. Resepsionisnya juga ramah.

Dapur sangat bersih, kamar mandi bersih, ada mesin cuci dan pengering, ada tempat penitipan barang kalau kita sudah check-out tapi mau jalan jalan dulu, Air panas dan dingin komplet, jaga sopan santun dengan customer lain saat di ruang tidur, bagus deh harga terjangkau.

Kamar single sangat sempit, kamar single tapi diberikan ranjang susun. Hotspot hanya dilantai lobby, sedangkan hotspot kamar hanya gratis selama 30 menit, single rooms are narrow, single rooms but they me bunk beds. The hotspot is only on the lobby floor, while the room hots pots were only free for 30 minutes.

Tidak ada elevator, single bed ada di lantai 3 dan saya harus mengangkat luggage saya yang beratnya 35 kg sendirian. Memang ada tempat penitipan luggage tapi lebih dari jam 11 PM harus membayar $5/day. Pertama kali saya masuk kamar, kamarnya sangat bau asap rokok, sehingga saya meminta air refresher untuk kamar saya, tapi receptionist-nya memang ramah sih.
