Buenos dias. Es mi segunda visita a RDG y estoy totalmente satisfecho con el servicio.

The room, set up for a family with three queen beds, is very spacious. It has a balcony to enjoy an urban view of the city’s rooftops. A functioning Air Conditioning unit is very capable of managing a more than comfortable temperature. There is a small fridge for drinks or some groceries. The shower is very spacious and has hot water for those who prefer that instead of the Nicaraguan Cold Plunge. It’s not that bad. Breakfast is served between 7 and 9:15AM.

El local cuenta con excelente ubicación y precio. Lo único es que en el apartamento hay que garantizar que los electrodomésticos estén funcionando o al menos consultar la necesidad. Por el resto el lugar es súper limpio y el personal atento

Tiene que mejorar esa humedad y ese olor a viejo de las habitaciones

This place has lots of good things and a few bad things that are easily fixed but they simply seem to go ignored. The good things are huge, spacious, clean rooms which can easily fit a family of five. 2 large queen beds in the main bedroom and a sofa bed in the Den. Good AC and Internet available, decent breakfast included, friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. The bad, which is easily fixable is water dispenser empty 2 days in a row, napkins in ice cream shop are hard to find, cheese served in breakfast some days and not on others. No curtains in my room during second stay, no lobby, no swimming pool. It would be nice to offer coffee to guests or to have drinks available for purchase so you don't leave the hotel. Minor things that would make the stay and value much better and easily fixable.
