room was clean, good bedding, but had to ask for extra pillow as none were in the room only extra blanket, no ice buckets either or ice machine in building, have to go ask for at reception desk, who by the way had an amazing young girl there, cheerful smiling and ready to help with anything,

I had a great stay at Ramada Hotel Laval. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming, kind, and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Rien a dire sur le personnel, la personne qui m'a accueillie et celle a mon départ était très gentille. La chambre était grande, mais le robinet du lavabo n'était pas vissé, de plus la douche manquait de nettoyage, il y avait pas mal de moisissures dans les coins et sur la céramique, un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire.

Beds and pillows need update. There was no housekeeping in the 5 day stay at this hotel. We had to keep the room clean despite dirty entranceway due to bad snowy slushy weather. Also, had to empty the garbage and ask for supplies a few times.

La chambre était impeccable. Le personnel très courtois. Le petit déjeuner mériterait un peu d'effort. Le pain pour les routi était dur et il restait qu'une seule tranche. Pourquoi ne pas avoir de vrai café au lieu de l'eau chaude.

The room was not was i expected. it was much larger then the picture and the washroom was absolutely clean and spacious. It seemed to be a new hotel and very well maintained.

Room was recently built, verry clean, and in good shape. You are in behind the treeline so road noise is low. Front desk is verry helpful and fast. Location is amazing. Munites from the Montreal Premium Outlets, Carfour Mall, and downtown MTL (with light traffic). However the room was advertised with an Microwave and didnt have one, the wifi was not fast at all, and borderline useless, and the continental breakfast was limited. Still amamazing expierience overall

Where do I start. The room looks nothing like the pictures. The bed was on exposed wood, looked like it was on a crate. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom was not fully clean. the walls had splatters of something, the soap dispenser was dirty, the exhaust fan was dirty, not enough large towels. The main area had a broken chair (which is a safety concern) there were no carpets which is not good for winter. Bedding was limited in blankets, they were thin. the whole room was super outdated, nothing like the pictures.

Salle de bain sans chauffage: Céramique gelée. Grand espace sous la porte qui menait directement à l'extérieur... Tout gelait. Dans la réservation, jamais il était mentionné que nous avions accès à la chambre que de l'extérieur (type motel). Aucun accès direct vers le gym. Devions sortir dehors pour accéder à la pièce pour le déjeuner. (Pas d'oeuf, pas de crèpe...) Bref, j'avais l'impression d'être dans un hotel 2 étoiles, alors que j'ai payé un prix considérable pour un endroit mal entretenu.
