Great location great staff room was good but a touch dated probably 3.5 star rather than 4?

The Argos boutique hotel was a great place to stay! Walking distance to lots of shopping, restaurants and the beach and included a good breakfast. Service was absolutely excellent!! Would stay there again.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The photos online are not reflective of the pool size or the overall vibe of the hotel. We found the staff to be very dismissive and rude when asking for basic things such as water. When we asked if there was somewhere to refill our water or if they had drinking water, we were told that they didn’t provide this and we needed to buy our own, we were fine with this but the tone we were told in was horrible. In a place where the weather is very hot and you need to stay hydrated, to be told “what do we expect, it’s an island” and to be told by a staff member “even me, I have to buy it” and shaking his bottle of water at us when simply asking where we can get water, is not on. This was an obvious issue amongst all guests as every morning you could see people filling up multiple bottles from the jug of water provided at breakfast. We also had several issues with our shower in the time we stayed (which was only five nights) the first time we didn’t report anything to the hotel, as we didn’t notice anything wrong, went to the beach for the day and when we popped back into the room at around lunchtime there was a random man in there taking the shower off the wall and screws all over the place. The man spoke no English, which is fine, but as three young women to come back and find a man in your room with no prior warning is intimidating. We asked at reception what was wrong and they just said there was an issue which we were confused about.

Friendly staff, nice room, far enough from the port to avoid the noise and traffic, but close enough to access everything in minutes.

We got a nice room with a jacuzzi in the roof top and a bathtub on the second floor. Very convenient and impressive. Breakfast was great.

Emplacement ++ Tranquille

Hotel is well located a short walk to the beach and town. Rooms are very nice and staff friendly. Only negative was breakfast which was disappointing, especially when served Keurig style coffee in Greece. Otherwise a great stay.

Argo was the perfect location just by the beach but 5 minute walk into the port town. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast each morning, and easily rented cars from their affiliate service with parking 1 block away. Easy access to the rest of the island, all the beaches and sites. Highly recommend

We loved our stay! Great room and really wonderful location. Wish we could have stayed longer and would certainly stay here again if in Naxos.

This is a very nice hotel in Naxos, it is located within walking distance of key areas of Naxos town (restaurant, beaches, port) We loved the hotel rooms, they are clean, well maintained and our room had a lot of space. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really incredible, it provides a lot of local food, specially the Greek yogurt. And finally the staff, they are very helpful and friendly, they always provided a solution for our requests with a smile.

Place was clean and cosy. A bit hard to find. Location was perfect. 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the main Street. About 15 min walk to the port so if you don't have too much luggage you don't need to pay for a cab ride.

Great location as a quick walk to the beach and 10 minute walk downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff who helped us arrange a local tour with a driver and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Onsite breakfast was delicious-highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property. Very close to the beach. The breakfast onsite was delicious and healthy. Can’t complain. Very pleasant experience. We also rented the car from them which made it very convenient. Instead of a shuttle, you can ask them for a rental and they can bring the rental to the ferry port and at drop off take the car from the ferry station. Great staff. We loved our quite stay with them.
