Es un motel, no un hotel, incluso en la recepción tienen exhibidos preservativos y lubricantes, se escucha todo entre los cuartos hasta altas horas de la noche, higiene dudosa (cuando nos entregaron el cuarto el papel de baño estaba sucio y tenía pelos), en la mañana olía todo el hotel a cigarro. No es un lugar apto para familias, mucho menos niños aunque dice que pueden ingresar y menores de 5 no pagan. No recomiendo hospedarse en este lugar. No tiene ni ventilador ni aire acondicionado.

No ocupé el hotel y me están haciendo un cargo por $3,830.83 cuando hable por teléfono me indicaron que me cobraría al llegar al hotel. Ya no tuve necesidad porque me cambiaron de habitación en el hotel de origen donde reservé de inicio

Me sacaron antes de tiempo

Lo básico de un Hotel en Ciudad de México es tener agua. El hotel no ofrece ni agua, ni una pequeña botella, la habitacion tenía sus paredes y pisos manchados, el mueble del baño deteriorado, la seguridad es pésima en la habitación, es un llaves de bola super sencillo que cualquiera habré.

Excelente estancia, ya he reservado varias veces y es un lugar muy práctico, el personal es amable y las habitaciones siempre estan limpias y sin olores desagradables. Esta muy bien ubicado. Y el precio es perfecto para lo que se ofrece. Es mi opcion favorita para hospedarme en la zona centro de la ciudad.

Very bad room

I booked this room for some family who needed to stay in town urgently. The price was good and reviews online were okay, so I thought it would be okay. It was not. The second my family got into the room they called and sent photos. Yellowish-black towels in the bathroom, furniture and windows covered in dust, hairs in the bedding, blankets and sheets burned by cigarettes, a black mattress.. The list kind of goes on. I felt so bad for my family. They left the hotel at 3am and waited at the airport for their flight instead of staying in the room.

Lugar céntrico y tranquilo

Es un lugar muy bueno si solo quieres llegar a hospedarte, excelente recepcion, cuarro limpio, agua caliente y limpieza a fondo, excelente recomednacion

Room was clean, im not sure if the change the sheets as there was some hair in between the comforter and sheets. But overall, nice small room, it does get noisy and you can hear the whoopy and other things going on around the clock. I brough some earplugs and it help drown out the noise and get some good sleep. I was given Breakfast which was cereal and fruits (i chose mixed fruit, papaya, melon and pineapple). They have a menu with a good options. I always choose the egg and ham tortas. The area is a busy during the day, transportation almost in front in the hotel. To the right you more buses and metro Guerrero accross the street. There are lots of food shops and convenient stores nearby.

Las almohadas están muy altas y los cuartos son muy pequeños y sin mucha ventilación.
