Very cozy hotel! Our bed was very comfortable, too. Staff was very helpful, and there’s a great breakfast. The rooftop bar is a bonus too - beautiful views of the city. I

The location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. my VIP status was recognised from the point of checking in. Breakfast range is limited but really nice so no regrets there. They arranged all our excursions very well. They are an eco friendly hotel. Nearby are many restaurants and cafes. Also vegan restaurants. Highly recommended hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff

This was a wonderful boutique hotel and the room came with some nice extra touches. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a room upgrade! Our stay came with a breakfast which was excellent with enough variety for everyone. The location was also great for us and walking distance to all the sites. The rooftop bar/restaurant was an added bonus. We would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok

Hotel is well located for transport and local entertainment. Very helpful staff. Roof top bar doesn't live up to the photos online but the service up there was excellent. Breakfast was simple and didn't change for the 4 nights I was there.

Clean room, nice stuff, good breakfast

As soon as I arrived from the airport, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They were extremely understanding and helpful for any and every request I had. The property was very well maintained from the lobby all the way to the rooftop. Speaking of the rooftop, the bar was great with a lovely view of the city and mountains. Christian worked so hard to make sure everyone had what they needed every single day. The food was so good that despite eating in the city I made sure to grab some dinner at the bar. I will definitely be back to Santiago so Luciano K will be at the top of my list of places to stay.

Great location - easy access to everything we wanted by foot or metro. The room was comfortable with a good layout. Riding the old elevator was a highlight : ) Wonderful breakfast. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful during our stay!
