有點偏遠 購物 吃飯不方便 飯店雖然老了 但房間還算乾淨 舒服

I have left my glasses box after I check out. The staff chase me back even I walk out for two minutes, they are so nice and polite, they will try to help all the things what they can do. Although they are not good in English, they do all the best. The only bad thing is that smoking smell remains in our room. Room is clean anyway and the bed is very big.

check out遲了2小時半 客服人員也沒有額外收附加費 態度很好 有禮貌和笑容 免費送上門的早餐 有西式和日式 甲子園到梅田亦快捷 還方便去奈良 和歌山 環球影城等等

除了離大阪稍遠，其它的還不錯

房间比想象的要大

在這間飯店入住感到前所未有的舒適感,飯店的人很親切,早餐很好吃,網路很快,冰箱有免費的飲料,我常到關西地區旅行,以前都住大阪,但這次的經驗告訴我,以後,住這裡是一個最好的選擇:-)

Very basic accommodations. However, I have to mention the soaking tub and shower room, it was the best part of my stay. After a long day of train rides, walking, and sightseeing it was a joy to end the day with a hot soak. Bring your bath salts with you. Great location, it was close to two shopping malls, Hasin Tigers Stadium, and the Train Station.

広くて過ごしやすかったです。 浴室も広々していて家族でゆっくり入れました。

部屋とベッドとお風呂が広くて良かった！

空調や、シャワー温度の調節が難しい。常に湿度のある部屋で、持ち物に結露ができたりします。

朝食付きは、良かった。

とても広く開放感があってゆったりできて 良かったです。

普通のホテルのユニットバスとは異なり、お風呂は広く、日本式の洗い場ありでよかったです。朝食付きで朝指定した時間に部屋まで持ってきてくれます。持ってきてくれるおばちゃんとの会話も楽しいです。

甲子園球場から便利なのがよかった
