My stay at The Donna Portals var really good. I got a nice upgrade on arrival, rooms clean and neat. Service was outstanding with being driven to the padel courts or to the harbour free of charge. On the points to improve, the room had a bit of a smell from the shower sewage, and the walls are thin so you hear when the doors to nearby room closes with quite a bang. Otherwise all very good!

Very friendly staff, modern hotel in excellent location near a small cala/beach. Clean and comfortable rooms.

ハネムーンで３泊滞在しました。ホテルに到着した瞬間からチェックアウトまで、スタッフの方の対応はとても心地よく温かいサービスでした。部屋は、期待以上に美しく、窓から見える海は最高で癒されました。朝食も大満足です。歩いて１分でビーチがあり、いつでも楽しめます。ホテルのSAPボードを借りることもできて満喫できました。市内に出たいときは、バス停まで歩けば、気軽に行くことができます。また、マヨルカ島に来たらこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

A truly amazing hotel! From the minute we checked in, staff were so attentive. Beautiful relaxing location. Whilst this hotel can be expensive, it is worth the money. Luxury!

Sehr modernes Hotel mit toller Lage direkt am Hafen von Portals Nous. Die Zimmer sind in Weiß gehalten und wirken hell und freundlich. Tipp: Unbedingt ein Zimmer ab dem 5. Stock buchen – ab dort hat man die schönste Aussicht. Besonders schön ist die Poolanlage im 7. Stock mit ausreichend bequemen Liegestühlen und Daybeds. Etwas gestört hat uns die Poolbar: Aperol Spritz für 16 € im Becher und zum Selbstholen ist nicht ganz stimmig für das Niveau. Auch bei den Gerichten wäre noch Luft nach oben: – Der „griechische Salat“ bestand fast nur aus Blattsalat. – Die Caprese bestand lediglich aus einem Mini-Mozzarella und einer Tomate. Daher haben wir abends immer auswärts gegessen – was hier mit vielen ausgezeichneten Restaurants in fußläufiger Umgebung wunderbar möglich ist. Der Strand (gehört nicht zum Hotel) wird überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzt. Es gibt einige Liegen gegen Gebühr. Fazit: Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das vor allem von seiner großartigen Lage und der traumhaften Aussicht lebt. Empfehlenswert – und unbedingt ein Zimmer ab dem 5. Stock wählen!

Väldigt trevligt hotel, med genomgående snygg design i lugn miljö. All personal är super trevliga. Enda minus är att baren/ restaurangen stänger tidigt efter kl 23:30 är det stendött. Hotellet ligger vid en liten strand Bendinat. ( man kan också bada från klippor). Det finns också en trevlig liten strandbar Freddy’s som har öppet till ca 23. Taxi till flygplatsen ca 20 min Hotellet har en egen shuttle bus till hamnen Vi kommer tillbaka

Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt mit perfektem Service! Nur zu empfehlen!

Restaurant entspricht nicht einem 5Sterne Hotel!

Im Grunde ist das Hotel ein sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist super nett. Das Restaurant vom Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut nichtgerechtfertigt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand die liegen kosten extra. Zwei liegen und ein Schirm lagen bei 22,50€ pro Tag, jedoch konnte man auch mit dem Handtuch auf dem Sand liegen ohne weiteren Kosten. Die Preise im Hotel fand ich persönlich auch zu erhöht. Aber im Großen und Ganzen war das Hotel gut, sauber, ruhig und die Lage war super.

An exceptional hotel.. All of the staff are fantastic especially Rosa on Front Desk and Amy in the restaurant also Daniel and Francisco, everyone was welcoming and helpful. I was initially staying for 1 day but 5 days later am still here. Thank you
